I feel this review is:
One of the first things to be noted about Tripping the Live Fantastic is the variety. If any McCartney album is recognized in this collection of live tunes it would be ''Flowers in the Dirt'' having 5 song from it. Then he included a couple of wing classic from Band On the Run which were Jet and Band on The Run. The he goes deep into the Beatles. Got to Get you Back into my life, Fool on the Hill (with a sample of Marting Luther King (I have a Dream). The Abbey Road triology (Golden Slumber, Carry that Weight, The End). For a two CD set and encompassing everything from 1963 (I saw her standing there) to his latest CD at the time (Flowers in the Dirt) this is a CD with vibrant sound and impressive set. Tripping the Live Fantastic give you reason why he was this century greatest composer.
