Trans Studio Unisex Salon & Spa - Jayanagar - Bangalore

Plz never buy any deals or package from  trans studio, they take half the money but give u less than half the service, everything is done in a fast-forward manner, facial 10 mins, head msg over in 5 mins( if u dont believe me, see ur watch before they start the service).

If u ask, the staff clearly tells u, this is how they r told to do for package customers. When I asked them that  they have advertised 30 min head n  shoulder massage, they said its including steam 10 min, washing 10min, head masg 5 min and shoulder 5 min.

Ambiance is very good but very poor service. Those expecting regular parlour service will be very disappointed.

I had a hair cut and other stuffs. Hair cut was awesome but other services like facial, pedicure, manicure is not that good and not worth also. But can try once to have experiences.

I stumbled upon Trans studio by chance through a referral service and could not have been happier! Bridal make-up is not something you want to take a chance on. After my trial with  guy named Krishna knew that it was one less thing to stress about.

He did a great job on me and my entire bridal party. Everyone looked gorgeous in person and in the photos. Everyone was so impressed both my sister and cousin decided to work with her as well for their weddings...thank you trans...keep it up..

I had never been to this salon, it was perfect! I got my hair cut by a random stylist, he was wonderful! I even got an appointment last minute, what a friendly, busy, and beautiful salon.

I personally had a very bad bloody experience with this salon. I got an offer package from snapdeal for 999/- rs and went to this salon, having booked the appointment. Parlour girls started doing the waxing so harshly that to three people at a time for one hand. If we tell it is paining r wax is hot they used to shout at us and no hot water for pedicure if you ask they will say power is not there from 2 days which they will not remember when we call them to confirm the appointment. And they give the service as if they are doing it for free.

Facial will be done in 5 mins r before that. Back relief/ stress massage will be done in 4 to 5 min. If you ask they will say this is how they do it.

Finally I had to shout at shop supervisor about these behaviour and finally he asked some other girls to take care but I dint want to continue taking the service. Finally my money was gone with them , cant ask them back as it was an package .

So, there are other good spa/ salon which you can choose for.

I had been to trans studio jayanagar 5th block, bangalore today for straightening my hair. I had a good experience overall. The staff was friendly and im happy with the results too. Thanks to deepak for his patience, care and interest he took in handling my hair! Totally in love wit my hair now.

I think all of you should try this place. Has a great value for money too. All services in trans studio has a reasonable price.

It's the worst experience I had in saloon services ever across Pune, I feel small time parlours are better than trans The beautician & admin people lack in basic coutsy also.Its basically a consultant agency for jobs in Pune. The receptionist was busy in fixing interview for all the aspiring beauticians in bellaza, body & soul etc. so how can they serve customer.

Every second customer is kept on waiting so that their favorite clients are taken better care of or earn commissions from recruitment. I was shivering had clearly told the beautician to finish all my task at earliest, but she went to serve any other customer at earliest. I know it would make any difference to you people, but at least service industry relies on feedback.

I will assure none of my friends, acquaintances & family never visits TRANS.

I visited this so called parlor. It is so unhygienic. untrained staff. no private rooms. they have drawn curtains for division. Horrible!! visit at your own risk!! I recently visited trans studios, in Baner, Pune - a deal through snap deal....it was horrified...pl don't visit them. A sardar untidy & unhygienic is at your service....wanted to run from the service in between....pl keep away.

This Trans Studio also has tattoo and piercing studio. It is one of the worse. I did the piercing there last month. She messed up my ear. The pierced hole was not straight and I cudnt able to put any earring. It also got infected and my ear is now left wit a black scar.

My friend did a tattoo and it was also not proper and she doesnt know the square inch calculations and charging lyk hell.

Trans Studio, Jayanagar, Bangalore

I bought a voucher(Voucher Code:29137073) from snapdeal for Trans Studio(Pay Rs 749 to get an exclusive beauty package worth Rs 5300 at Trans Studio Unisex Salon & Spa). I went ahead to check out the place before purchasing this voucher. The person incharge informed me that if I wanted to take appointment for weekends I should do the booking a week advance and if its weekdays then I can do that a day prior.

The voucher expires on 28th Jan 2011. I called Trans Studio on 25th Jan 2011 in the afternoon to take appointment for 26th Jan. The receptionist informed me that its already booked and he can’t accommodate. When I argued with him he asked me to come on 25th at 5pm to complete half of the services and asked me to come on 26th at 6pm for the rest of the services. I reside in R T Nagar, it would have been convenient for me to come on one day and finish all the services.

After I reached the salon, I could see 2 clients in their parlor. That’s it, it was all empty. The services provided we really bad. Untrained staff. Some basic things like washing hair and blow drying it they were not able to perform well. Shampoo was still left in the hair. While washing hair my shirt was also wet. Also the staff was not ready to blow dry after washing. I had to plead to them to perform the blow dry as it was 9pm and I had to travel all the way to my home in rickshaw. I could get cold. Also, the worst part was they applied the serum for hair spa from 5:30pm and kept that till 9pm which worsened the situation. The staff is also bad at manicure and pedicure… Could not even file the nails properly… Bad experience all together.

Also did not give a bill for the services completed. When asked for the same, he returned the voucher with hand-written services completed and pending.

Not at all a good experience!

Very average place, more of a glorified barber shop, using internet portals to get first timers. No power backup, unprofessional hair stylist (does not even check what you want).

The lady doing pedicure and manicure was so upset with loads of work she needs to do and kept explaining her problems to her fellow colleague.

The water used for hair wash was ice cold and they were just complaining that the plumber did not turn up. Body massage was not at all soothing not even like a ordinary Ayur massage.

Overall I wasted rs 1250. On the other hand body and soul deal for rs.170 was really worth it. For those who are very cost conscious and ok to above problems, then this place can be ok.
