This is one of the best companies that I worked with because I got so many opportunities here and they let me take up challenges even as a fresher.
The executive management is clueless and stupid and does not know what they are doing.

It is impossible to expect hikes especially in the face of terrible inflation and many new talented individuals who get onboard even if the projects are the same.
Although this company has employed shuttle services for anyone and everyone, the shuttle services are not on time for my location and that creates a massive delay in reaching the work location on proper time.
The working environment is very co-operative of the many perks and the offers it gives to many of the working class employees that can use the resources to leverage work at hand.
It is seen that along with lot of micro management, the staff keeps on changing what they had eventually told would be true. It is often told that all the skill sets will not be of any use outside the company and this needs to change.
There is a kind of bigotry towards people of another religion since there is a dominance of people from a particular religion here.
Since the current scale at which the employees are getting onboard is too vast, it is seen that Given the scale of company, things take time to move. This may sometimes create a situation that may seem difficult to get out of.
This place has given me the best of colleagues, whom I can now call friends. The salary is decent and the benefits are also good.
This company enables many freshers like me to get hands on with vast varieties of dynamic project and handle the task with active involvement at different stages with collaborative team efforts.
