Titan Eye Plus, Jayanagar, Banaglore

I purchased Titan EyeX smart wear from Banerghatta Road, Bangalore store today. My feedback, after using it for 4 hours:

1) Glasses open speakers given crackling sound before any sound or even browsing the video content.

2) Sometimes after sleep glasses won't connect.

3) Once glasses are powering on it won't connect and go in endless loop of connecting with phone. Get message continuously connected/not connected over the right ear.

4) Taps and swipes works intermittently, touch sensor is not good.

5) Compatibility issues with the laptop. Sales man said it will connect with laptop as in any bluetooth speakers. Mic stops working during call, speakers hangs, no audio during call. and endless loop of connecting with laptop.

There seems serious bugs in firmware and manufacturing defects. Please have the testing team to thoroughly test the product before launching in the market.

Wish of someone could help me in returning this product. I should have picked any other good branded smart glasses.
