Since June 2017 I am waiting for redemption of my 790 MS-Points, I have uploaded my Voter-ID and AAdhar Card respectively twice and system shows " Your Details are submitted successfully" yet till date no MS-point got redeemed. I have sent mail to customer care. They always replied " After verification you will get your MS points redeemed", But Since June and after successful submission of documents, still no result, even Customer care stopped to reply my mails!! WHAT TO DO? - Nayal Nidhi
