Today I Give Tips on gym specially for women cause I have experience of workout in gym I have got experiences from good trainer and also good Gym, so my experience of workout I will share here and definitely it will beneficial for you when you join gym as a newcomer so here are Few Details You have Plan or Do,




  1. "Warm Up" -




After join gym as a newcomer and a going to to start any machine workout, have to do fast warm up you have to warm your body, you have to do you cardio first, up to date you have to do pull ups then if possible then with the help of rope do some exercise after warm up you can start your exercise not at after joining gym never do workout heavily that means how to do pull ups then start with 5 to 10, first day and increase it day by day on first day don't do pull ups 5 to 10 cause your muscles having no habit of that's why it will pain feel for you.




  1. "Heavy Weights"-




Most of the women and girls think if they lift heavy weight then they will be bulky shape, like bodybuilder but it's not truth women or girls have to lift heavy weights but in a 10 to 20 reps means they have to don't lift heavy weights 50 to 80 Reps


If they left heavyweight in minimum reps then girls and womens muscles will be fit and don't be bulky. so please it is your misunderstanding about heavy weight and do the things, I said you it is my experience I was also lift heavy weight.




  1. " Dreass Up" -




When you going to gym dress up is important don't wear shirts and jeans on or r another type of gowns in gym you have to wear proper drac up for gym that is stretchable t-shirt and pant. You have to do activity in gym that's why you are to wear stretchable dressup.




  1. "Foods & Fruits" -




After workout most important part is what you eat if you eat heavy high protein and high calories foods and fruits then you will increase your weight and it will not beneficial for you so after workout don't go for heavy breakfast or lunch you have to maintain your diet otherwise it will increase your weight.


5." Dont Go For Shape"-


After joining gym women, girl think about their body shape everyone doing workout for their body shape but my suggestion is or my experience is don't go for body shape go for fitness go for without pain full life without pain full body, after workout injuries will stop also your calories will burn, your mind will refresh, you stop your depression, tension because of exercise, so if you don't get a good shape after some months so don't stop your exercise or gym cause lots of other benefits of workout which I mentioned.




  1. "3 Time in Week" -




Exercise should be done 3 to 4 times in week don't go for daily exercise cause body our body need rest after exercise, your muscles need rest after exercise, so after you done exercise take one day break for your body relaxation.


And also sleep is very important at night sleep at 10 p.m. and wake up at 5: 00 a.m. you have to plan accordingly as I mentioned then you will get benefit.




  1. "Don't go for protein powder"-




You anyone suggest you take protein powder after exercise Or any type of powder so don't go for it and don't eat that type of powder it is beneficial for bodybuilders,


It included steroids which will harmful for our bones and also body so mostly women and girls don't use any powder it will also harmful for pregnancy so don't listen anyone, and take natural fruits and foods .


so this is my experience about gym or workout which I shared.

In this 3-4 month I joined Gym because gives a proper shape of our body to joined gym bt before gym you need to know some tips so you can followed my name is Shubham tripathi and I share personal experience deeply in a medium of tips.


first of all make a sure how much time u can give a daily workout in a day which is less than 40min not more than 1: 30min.


If you go to gym in a morning before coming to gym something to eat before 15min. Not much like biscuits, tea, joice, fruits etc.because empty stomach does not give correct and effective result.


If you do gym then some important point, take a take two or three minute sets of any exercise and increase the weight according to your strength per set , keeping the routation follow 20-25 day then


Increase the weight next time.


In a beginner personal if joined gym first time you learn all exercise in the work out first, do workout with the help of trainer for a few days.


For eating, eating protein is beneficial in weight training because


Weight training worked muscles and meat a muscles are the main food protein to give right shape and tone.


So my final advice when you want to go to gym and give a proper shape a body and then follow this tips.

Hello Everyone! My name is MoinNawaz Bumadia.


So basically we all know that nowadays having a six packs abs is very trendy.


So every youngster are very curious to have them. All they do is they just join a gym and almost everyone is in hurry to have them. So it is not possible having a six pack abs instantly.


You need to work very hard to get six pack.You need to follow the diet plans.You need to intake a proper amount of protein and carbs.


So I'll suggest you people that being a beginner make a proper routine of going to the gym.Don't take any type of capsules, steroids just be original. Don't take any shortcut, just be focus and Best Of Luck!

Today we will talk about some tips for starting gym , you might have also come across this problem , how much ever you work out you body isnt growing , its growes to a certain limit then stops off


This is call saturation , but can you over come this ? Answer is yes you can


Tip one - dont stick to some circuit are same set of workout kepp changing them omce you feel your body is adapted to this set of workout change then , and try to do which is new to your body and brain


Tip two - also try to maintain a mind muscle connection , feel what you work


Tip three - don't give gap between two sets try to take 30 to 40sec break


Tip four - don't work out more then 45min a days are 1hr


Tip five - one part should be worked out twice in a week plann your workout schedule in such a way that every part is made to work out twice a week


Tip six - sleep adequate and maintenances of diet is as important as you workout , give time for your muscles to heal

6 to 7 months ago I am also a beginner in the gym, I am a hardgainer, I am also having some difficulties in achieve my ideal body at last I find some tips which I follow and achieve my ideal body you can see my picture .if you follow these steps you can also achieve your Desire goal, here are some tips :


1.continuty-if you want your desire result exercise daily without leaving any gap.


2.dont skip warm up-never ever skip warmup, neither you have to facing some injuries.




  1. rest -rest is necessary for all the gymers who is beginner and who is professional take atleast one day rest, it helps to growth of body. 4.proper sleep- if you want your desire goal you have to take a proper sleep of 7 to 8 hour. 5.nutrition- protein, carbs and fats are the essential nutrients which body needs in large quantity if you want to mass gain you have to eat more calories.




6.doing proper sets- if you want to have cuttinig in your body you have to do full sets and maxinum reps, heavy lifting and in proper position.

Exercise if very important and in gym you can exercise under professional guidance and with right equipments. Gym can benefit you in many ways, health centres are so popular as they teach right exercise, bodybuilding and also can be a place to stress relief.


I would like to share some tips about gym which can help the readers.




  1. Before starting in any gym you must set your goals in your head clearly. Start with confidence and be strong as you may take some time to achieve your goals. Like If you want to lose weight you have to exercise properly according to the instructor but it can take months to get in shape, so be confident and positive.




  2. Don't shy to ask about all the exercise equipments and how to use them. You must feel free to ask about all exercises and training which you are willing to take your your instructor. You can tell him/her if you have some medical problem so that your training would be done accordingly. Like people who have heart problem, diabetes or other prominent ailments must share this with the gym coach so they design the fitness programme keeping these facts in mind.




  3. Here I must add an important point, to eat right. Eating a healthy nutritious food is also necessary, Your gym or training is not complete and won't get you results if you are not taking healthy diet. If you gym for hours and work hard in training but eat unhealthy, junk food it wont give desired result. Actually now in many gyms they give you proper diet plan and if you follow it regularly you can achieve your goals easily.




  4. For people who are beginners must start their workouts with dynamic stretches and warm up exercises. Don't try to do all the exercises or use all equipments at once, you must learn then start doing anything. Rest and again repeat your training by consulting your physical trainer.




  5. If you are planning to join any Gym or fitness center you must know all the details about the place. About the staff and trainers who teach there. This information can help you in deciding if you want to join or not. Females must consider about the safety factor as well. LIke if the gym provides proper changing rooms, females staff etc.




  6. In gym hygiene is also another point to consider. If you are paying for your exercise it should be done in neat and clean place. The equipments must be clean and working properly. So you feel good and exercise with ease.

In addition to your usual nutritional goals, you should observe these tips to power you through your workout.

Eat slow-digesting carbs before workout, because when you eat slow-digesting carbs such as whole grains for breakfast and lunch, they had lower insulin levels and burned more fat during the day.

Avoid higher-fat meals for up to four hours before workouts.

Take 20g of whey protein and 3-5g of a creatine supplement


because a protein and creatine supplement immediately before and after workouts over a 10-week period increases muscle mass by 87%, bench press strength by 36%, squat strength by 27%, and deadlift strength by 25%, and decreased body fat by 3%, more than a group taking the supplement before breakfast and before bed.
