Never never subscribe to the email services of Version-Next technologies (https://version-next.com). Surprisingly they were suggested by a sales person of Indiatimes.com since Indiatimes outsources web mail hosting to them. This sales person was about to quit Indiatimes and suggested that we'll get a better deal with Version-next directly. Version-next did activate our webmail within 1 day after seeking all domain related info. Next thing we know is that a website for their email product Email.

Loop was displayed on our domain name (which we realised much later since we hadn't hosted a site there immediately) and worst was that it started getting picked by search engines. Recently I have purchased Yahoo Small business to check the features. It is claimed by yahoo that it is suitable for corporate offices. But This product is not suitable for corporate offices. There are many shortcomings in this product. Even the yahoo customer care is not upto the mark. They will follow up till you book the product. After that they will never give any answer to your querries. The customer care people not even know what is email archiving.

I got the answer from customer care that it is something to do with templates! Even activation of a/c is the cumbersome task. The login screen is common for our mails & yahoo mails. This looks very cheap having paid for the service. The interesting thing is the billing information.
