Hello Friends My name is Rajiv and today we will talk about Exercise. Nowadays we have become so busy in our life that we can not pay attention to our bodies at all. So that our body gets sick with diseases.  Therefore, we should take out a little time and give it to the body.


That is why we should use the habit of exercising everyday so that our body remains healthy.   So I tell you the tips of exercise how do you start exercising.   When exercising, first of all you choose a simple exercise. And gradually move from easy to hard .  Do not drink water at all during exercise .  If you have something to eat, eat an hour before exercise or eat after an hour of exercise, do not eat anything in between.  The most noteworthy thing is that do not exercise at all wearing tight clothes.


And my experience is to eat a few hours before practicing it.   After 10 minutes of exercising, leave your body absolutely loose and do some activities.  Also include Exercise Surya Namaskar for your exercise. So I hope you like the information given by me.

Exercise should be part of every person's daily routine. One should do exercise for health & that perfect body no matter how thin or fat one is. The question is how to achieve goals while exercising. The first rule is nothing is impossible. One can pick up any interesting exercise, in order to  do it continuously for losing weight.  It could be anything  like sit ups & jogging, but before start of any exercise warmup should be done. On the other hand my personal favourite exercise was sit ups, I started doing 10 sit ups a day & gradually increased it into 20 sit ups in 5 sets.This is how I lost weight, the  key is monitoring body all the time & increasing sit up according to the body's stamina. If one can increase it is good, but one's exercising routine should be continuous & not a day's gap should be left in a routine.The more consistency in workout the better it is. Do not keep unrealistic goals. Goals at start should be small as bigger unrealistic goals can let us our mental moral down. I myself lost some 20 kg in 9 months with this exercise & my size went from 36 to 30 inch in waist. That was when I was 15 years old, my looks changed & I was unable to recognize the new me.


Sit ups are not only exercise one can do. I run in park for some 50 seconds & then take a walk. Then, I repeat the whole process after one round of the park. Running is also cardio exercise hence one can take this high impact exercise for losing weight. I read it from a magazine that cardio is important, in order to lose more weight & results comes in lesser time. Hence, I run in park for short period & then walk slowly to retain breath. The other idea to lose weight is gyming, which is not only good for gaining muscle mass but also makes our bones strong.  These days I do some gym exercise for losing weight as I have bench & weights to do exercise at home. I also take protein supplement in order to lose weight & gain muscle mass.  As everybody knows the importance of protein in one's diet. We can't ignore this fact & hence protein supplement is recommended. Yoga is another exercise which is good, it not helps us lose weight but it gives peace of mind, it's true.  Hence one can search for the exercise for his/her liking & start doing exercise for not only losing weight but also health benefits.

In todays generation  while every body is busy in generating a good income and to achieve it work hard for it. But in those busy day of life every body forget to maintain there health which is significant concern for a human body. Thus today I will write 5 tips shortly so that you could understand it about how to perform short exercise to maintain health and be fit.


1) . Routine: Always try to have a fix routine and it is good if exercise is done in empty stomach. But try to fix atlast have  exercise for 1 hour qith mix of yoga which help to build stamina and little gym exercises which will give you shape and strength to your body.


2) .  Rise early for jogging: . Always sleep at night early and raise early  for jogging. And always have jogging for atleast 15- 30 minutes which will not only help for maintaining shape but also will help to be fit. Remember not to drink water immeadetly after jogging leave atleast a gap of 30 minute after jogging so that heart beat will slow down or become normal .


3) .   About lifting weights: . It is not necessary  to lift heavy weights as most of people do to build hugh muscle. Normaly we lift weight to maintin bone density  which helps not only maintain stamina but also help to build it. Thus lift weight according to your capacity which will help not only to maintain  muscle but also help to build bone density.


4)  Breath exercise: Normally doing yoga helps to increase the capacity of lung  for holding breath. But with above function it also help to rejuvanet the brain which will help to maintain a sharp memory and also  help us to manage activities quickly. Only remember that while taking each breath in it must be long breath hold for a second as per to your capacity and excel it slowly with maintaining your back straight . Do it for 15 minute it and it will change your attitude of living in life.


5) .  Intake: As per routine of exercise you do  in your day  consume protien according to your work out done through day. For heavy exercise or work out which is perform in gym there is protien shake which will help to build mucsle.But dont take supplementary pills which is harm for body. For normal exercise if you eat bannana or brown rice which consist of iron and protien it also have same function as  protien shake does in our body.


After doing the exercise drink adequte amount of water through out day and fresh juice while breakfast early in morning so it will help to gain excess fluid and ions which is lost from our body while doing exercise. Thank you.

Guys im 18 year old guy


I started some common excercise about 1 year ago till now


Now I noticed that how beatifully my body is chaged


No equipments requard


Just start with push-Ups


If you want to lose yor far then you do when  you wake up( Before 9 AM)


AND if u gain your muscles and gain weight then do workout in evening


And when you complete your all work out eat some heavy protin food like Edd chicken or milk


Start your pushups with 10 reps into 4 reps


make sure you doing right form of pushups .

Hello my name is Rajiv.And today I will tell you about the benefits of exercise.Exercise is very important in today's time.A healthy body is the key to success. Without a healthy body, we can not have success in any field.And for a healthy body we need the most of exercise.In our daily life, we live so busy that we can not spend a little bit of time for our body.


There is no such work in today's advance technology, which we now have to do with our own body.Similarly, we make our bodies lazy day by day and are victims of diseases.That is why I believe that it is necessary for us to give at least one hour every day for our body. We can start our day with Normal Running Exercises or Yoga and Meditation.The beginning of the day should always be done with light wholesome exercise, after that it should be ready for normal work by eating a light meal.


Exercise is directly linked to our eating habits. If we are eating well then our body will work well.First of all, decide which part of the body you have to work on.For example, if you want to work on your abs then there is a different type of exercise.


Try to get up early in the morning and start the day with a light jogging so that your body gets warm.After that, when your body is ready then pay attention to your next exercise and try to help you with the help of a gym trainer. Exercise is important for the health maintainence.so we definately have to do excercise daily in the morning. Mainly phisical exercise is important to maintain fitness . Exercise is also important for weight loss . By doing the excercises one can reduce the obesity problems .


We can avoid health problems by doing the exercises. But we have to be regular while doing the exercises if we stop suddenly there will be the weight gain.


One can do streching exercises it increases the flexibility . So exercise is very much important

I have learned that I never had lot of money.and I have always been thinking about the same thing.if you want to create body, then you have to make an appointment with your child.notice that body not buildups in 15-20 days.


Here some tips to make a good body.

  • Eat more food then food: the simplest way to make body is to concentrate more on your eating habit.try to eat as much as possible.

  • Eat fat provider thing like ghee, paneer, olive oil.

  • Most of the cities have gym facelities available.so if you want to make body then go regular gym.

  • egg is also very helpfull to make body.eggs have 85% protein.

  • Chocholate contains great amount of calories.it is bennificial for body.

I personally use this things to make body.if u follow this thinga then yo will get a strong body.

Here I suggest you the best care for you Is exercise. This is really good at all times that makes your mind fresh and clean with fresh start for you.

Exercise is good for health as u excrete soo many toxins from body. Daily exercise will enhance your stamina, boost your immune system and keep your body free from disease. It maintains your blood pressure and enhance digestion process ultimately increase your immunity.but diet is an important factor. If you r exercising daily but not taking balanced diet, negative effect of exercise will come.due to calories deficit , your body will readily tired and suffer from weakness , low sugar level. So maintain your daily macro nutrients balanced that are protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats.i will further doscuss about them soon.

Hello every one be start exercise it is very good for health ex women ect but daily to exercise because not some time to doing exercise because some time exercise they feel tired ect and go gym and go ranning in morning and not very late go running and and I wish very small children not go gym because this way not very big length and this way loss the weight ect and not any time to start doing exercise

I also do that exercise daily.There is a famous lake in my area that is surrounded y a special track where I go for walking in evening.


There is lots of benifites of doing that exercise. It improve blood circulation throughout the body.


Second, it gives exercise to our legs and thighs where the unused, deposited fat can burn and help us in controlling our weight and obesity. Third, it also helps in digestion process so that we protect our body from disease related to the non digestion of food.


Lastly, it also helps our respiratory syatem to work efficiently, because we have to breathe fast while doing that exercise.

Do exercise daily routine in the early morning for your body fittness. But do exercise in routine . Exersise gives you benifit there is no harm . I do every morning walk in the park and then I do some straching exercise and I am eat healthy food and drink 5-6 glass of water ina day, which give me a highly energetic day . But do not eat junk or fast food that toxify your body. You can do exercise either by gym equipment or by yourself .


It is also good for every age people. I highly prefer exersise. Exercise are of different types you can choose according to you . You choose either runing, walking , cycling , swimming etc.

Take five to 10 minutes to warm up and cool down properly.


If you stop exercising for a while, drop back to a lower level of exercise initially. If you're doing strength training, for example, lift lighter weights or do fewer reps or sets.


Choose clothes and shoes designed for your type of exercise. Replace shoes every six months as cushioning wears out.


For strength training, good form is essential. Initially use no weight, or very light weights, when learning the exercises. Never sacrifice good form by hurrying to finish reps or sets, or struggling to lift heavier weights.


Dress properly for cold-weather workouts to avoid hypothermia. Depending on the temperature, wear layers you can peel off as you warm up. Don't forget gloves.

Hello friends,


We are already know, exercise is very useful for every parson. I think, if all people workout everyday minimum one hour then no face any problems and tension.


We try to exercise daily in morning, if miss any day then try to next morning.


Exercise is very hard on starting days but its very simple after some day so try to regular exercise.


I decided for exercise before 2 years. I face many problems like time management so I try to regular so I capable in 3 months.
