The Swadeshi Store, Bangalore

Visited the Swadeshi Store, Bangalore yesterday for the first time after I came across their web site.The store is good. Has a variety of cotton collections... They deal with home decor, organisers, furnishing & upholstery , accessories etc. I went their in search of curtains and they had some ready made curtains and a lot of collections of curtain fabric to chose from. You can buy ready made or place an order to get the curtains made for your size.

They give a very good choice of curtain fabric (all in very nice hand looms and cottons).But the prices are quite high. My charges cam upto 1700 for two panels of curtains :-(

But otherwise the collection is good - they have curtains, cushion cover, pillow covers, throws, bed covers and bed sheets, napkins, table cloth, table runners.... And also in organiser variety they have many travel and bathroom bags , bread baskets etc Lots of things if you are looking at pepping up your home ....

But go their if you are not very budget conscious only ;-)
