The Orissa State Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Ltd (Omfed)

One day omfed was the first choice of the people of Odisha, they use the milk provided by omfed as their first choice for milk.Nowdays omfed is not selling good because of his quality decrement. The milk was not as qualitative and it was so solid while use.Nowdays other companies are providing pre boiled milk , so this is a huge problem about omfed, because they are not providing that facility.The employes are not happy with the omfed due to salary problem and other lazy works.The job security is good here, any one can apply for this.In case you are fit in the job then your growth is fix as per the growth of company.The working environment is good at all, but should be improved as other companies have better environment compared to this company. I rate 3 out if 5 to the CEO of this company.
