There is a awesome reception area and well decorated. Reception area is good for customer check in and also for some time waiting. There is awesome decorated this area and inside room also. I feel very good when I entered in this hotel and start my service by receptionist from entering to hotel for my luggage and extra bags.

There is good temperature in the room for stay.

I found best chines manchurian and panjabi kaju kadhi, tandoori chapati and butter milk. There are many option for your choice in this hotel like in panjabi I found almost forty vegetable dishes and chines breakfast and also gujarati dishes available in this hotel. I found best taste and healthy and also fresh food in it. Presentation of the food by waitor is awesome and gives fast as possible.

There are many facility provide by The Gateway Hotel Ummed, Ahmedabad like a free internet, free parking, swimming pool, Fitness centre with Gym and traveling three wheel chair for disables.
