This is a subsidiary company of Technimont Italy. They are a good engineering company, however, largely an outsourcing hub of the Italian company. Largely responsible for detailed engineering for their projects abroad.  The company undertakes large EPCM and EPC (LSTK) type of contracts in the Petrochemical and Refining sectors.

Technimont is strong in Polypropylene plant engineering design and construction. the Indian set up comprises over 1000 engineers at Malad, located at Chincholi Bundar. A modern engineering office with good engineering facilities. The Indian office is largely dependent on the Italian mother company for work. The Indian company has a restricted presence in the Indian market and is selective in undertaking projects in India, which is largely dictated by the mother company.

As a general rule, the company prefers to quote for jobs involving large value refinery and Petrochemical units. Presently implementing a large Polypropylene plant for Indian Oil at Panipat, Haryana on LSTK basis.
