I feel this review is:
Management has created a very toxic environment with extreme micro management and mental trauma to all the employees working in Bangalore office. There is no career growth, salary’s are with held when an employee quits the job. Management is highly manipulative and makes it extremely difficult for employees to achieve the set the target by constant changes in sales target. There is definitely no motivation factor for an employee to work in this company as there is no benefits are provided. They treat their employees as slaves and humiliate in front of everyone. The management has trust issues and follows hire and fire policy. If you know your worthiness and want to save your sanity, pride, don’t ever waste your time by even thinking to join this company.
