Not safe and rude behavior

I booked my houseboat online with swan group of houseboat.but it wasn’t safe because my jewellary and some cash was stolen from my room. So I compalined to manager but he didn’t respond and didn’t took responsibility.his talking behavior was very bad so arrogant and misbehaving. so book this houseboat on your own risk.
