Star Sitara, Bangalore

Well, this was the third time I went there for my hair cut and I showed them a hair cut pic on my phone. Of course, my last two hair cut service was very satisfactory and I every time get my hair cut from the same person in this parlor, Thanks to Mr Vanky(Mr Venkat) for this superb hair cut which I wanted and you did even better than I expected! In fact, third time when I went there, after the cut I realized I forgot my wallet(Embarrassing!) but they trusted me and I went home got my wallet back and paid them.Only one -ve point, they increase price, every time I visit them.But since I got lot of compliments from my friends and colleagues in office:) Will definitely go again!

Its an amazing place. I can see that the previous comments were put-up some time back.Infact I went there last wednesday. I found the place really good. The service was good and the interaction of staffs was very mature and courteous. Infact they also had good offers going on for men and women.

Me and my friend are happy with the service and would visit the place again.The best part of this salon /parlour is that they have good offers going on almost all the time. I had heard abt them from one of my friend and she is a frequent customer of this place. I rate this place a 4 star.

I would say pretty much making money by cheating customers.I went for oxy bleach where the gal applied bleach in a wrong way and then defended it by saying that 'Mam nothing has happened to anyone yet ' I checked this with Oxy bleach people and they confirmed that process was wrong .. Bad job of wanting to rush up .. My friend had a package of pedicure and manicure and equally bad job .No massage .. nothing .. went away without informing its done or over and we kept waiting for the massage we thought that was remaining .. after 20 mins when she saw us siting there .. she was like Mam done .. just a rush up job and that's all ..

Bad bad worst of all the lady in charge at front simply ignored what was happening and when I complained abt my oxy bleach she started scolding the gal for using a expensive '1000' rs face soap on me .. totally ignoring what I was complaining abt

Shoddy service .. shoddy behavior .. I found the place very cheap !.. Never going there again

Don't waste ur money .. My local small saloon does a much honest job ..

I am not a frequent visitor to the Salons like the Limelite kind. But this time I thought I will try one Old Madras road as this was near my house. This is the Star Sitara above Big Bazaar.

I met a person at the reception and asked for an appointment. He was not sure if he can give me an appointment and so wrote down my number. After some time I get a call saying they have time slots for us. Then we went in. We were three of us and he said that it will take 10 mins for one of us and so the other two went in.

Now even after an hour or so no one turned up to ask the customers who were waiting for there turn. In turn we could see most of the employees there chatting around and having a gossip over some issue. When queried about the turn, the guy would go in and then come out after some time without any response, as if we are not even present there. None of them had the courtesy to inquire about why we are waiting and stuff. We came back after sometime without getting a full service.

May never go back there. This was one of the worst experiences for customers at a saloon. Far better are the saloons on the streets, employees there know their customers very well and take good care. A very big no no to Star Sitara.
