This doctor is not punctual for his time as well as not serious about patients. We have been waiting for hours for him to come and when he came then he is lingering here and there.

My grandmother got admitted for some injection and without consulting us they give her medicines and IV that was not necessary. Got tests done with multi ct, xray on daily basis, blood culture and tons of other injections resulting her creatine going to 1.7 from less than 1. Post that they started to talk on the result of creatine and asked us to spend more mo ey. We were advised by one person internally to go for discharge. The internal medicine doctors are useless and most of the time they are roaming and also have target to make atleast 5 admissions.

A female came to doctor Puneet with issue of feeling like fever, without checking her temp or any other parameters he simply admitted her in emergency. Happened in front of me.

Sorry part is they are looting patients on the name of GOD and showing as they are helping people, on other hand they are emptying your pockets.

Avoid this hospital and try your chance with hospital who will not blackmail you with God's name.

SGHS Hospital is the best hospital in tricity. Today visited the hospital dental department. Was very impressed by the cleanliness. But the Reception staff needs to be trained properly. Busy talking with each other which makes their working process slow. Please do not take it as a complaint but a suggestion for improvement. Please advice reception staff to be more attentive towards work. Rest of the service are appreciative.
