Sleepycat mattress is very comfortable and durabile. I have suggested for my friends. Very soft and good one. It has reduced my back pain. This soft material makes me to feel light on the bed. Great product at this price.. value for money

This is the company with Worst service and customer care.
I had ordered the Mattress 12-13 days ago from their Ghitorni store but it is not delivered yet.
And no response from store team.
Just saying it will be delivered tomorrow from the last 8-10 days.
Now they are not even picking up the call.
Don't buy from them.
Worst customer service. They are just fooling the people.
The pillow is good but the seller gives ₹200 Amazon Voucher when you write a good review. When I wrote a good review the seller gave a fake Amazon Voucher. I contacted to their customer service through whatsapp and they are not helpful. I haven't got a valid amazon voucher.

Before purchasing this product, I visited a Pepperfry showroom nearby and found the Sleepycat Hybrid Latex mattress, which met my requirements satisfactorily. However, I later found the same mattress listed on Flipkart at a better price and decided to order it from there. Upon receipt, I discovered that the mattress was not as described; it was 5.5 inches thick instead of the advertised 6 inches, and the firmness level was significantly softer than stated. I requested a return for this incorrect/wrong product. Flipkart sent a technician for a quality check before processing the return. But the technician Mohasin Shaikh refused to accept it, claiming that Flipkart itself ask us to reject return & does not accept returns for this product dismissing the size discrepancy as a minor issue. I am shocked by this response. They both flipkart & seller doing fraud.
First of all most of the reviews are done by the company itself .there are hardly any real customer reviews . The quality is just ridiculous and worth the price just a waste of money .bought it thinking the reviews are good but in reality struck only when the product was delivered realised my friend also bought from this company and they ended up having a bad experience . They even pay Amazon to remove the real reviews of the customer . Most of them are paid reviews same as done on most Google reviews costing Rs150/- per review .
The build quality is not comfortable extremely hard or not comfortable at all .the after sales service is also ridiculous as they located somewhere in west India they don't have any local stores in any major city so they basically have no after sales and service no support . Don't waste your money trying to save few 1000usamds you will end up having your cortisol shoot up . Especially with this both the company sleepy cat and Amazon won't help you they will blame each other . They will waste your time in resolving until the exchange date is over and then they will start playing games .they are bunch of scoundrels and uncouth people have no business ethics .
JUST BUY FROM A ESTABLISHED BRAND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY . BUNCH OF SCOUNDRELS THEY ARE
They have cheated us and my friends also are facing similar problems there is no one to help

SleepyCat Mattress was a huge disappointment for me. Before ordering the mattress, I spent a lot of time researching different mattress options. I read countless customer reviews, checked out the company website, and even talked to some of my friends who had used the mattress. Everyone had great things to say about SleepyCat and I felt confident that it was the right choice for me.
Unfortunately, my experience with SleepyCat wasn't nearly as good as I had hoped. My mattress arrived damaged and had clearly been used before. The mattress was stained, had chunks missing, and had a strange smell that I could not get rid of. I contacted SleepyCat customer service to try and get a replacement, but they were not very helpful. They said that they could not replace the mattress because it had already been used, and they refused to issue a refund.
I was very unhappy with the mattress, but I decided to keep it since I was unable to get a refund. After sleeping on the mattress for a few weeks, I can confidently say that it was a poor purchase. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and does not provide any support. I wake up with back pain every morning and can't seem to get a good night's sleep.
Please avoid buying anything from Sleepycat as they have shitty products and shitty customer service. They are in business of scamming people, if you buy any product like bedding quilts, bed sheets or pillows from amazon then amazon protects the consumer by having 10 day returnable policy in place. I trusted these guys and bought the accessories from their own site so they save on marketplace commissions and be there direct customer but they refused to return the quilt and pillows I bought from them. The quilt and pillow I bought are intact and in original packing and still they refused it.companies like Sleepycat are new upcoming startups of India doing frauds with Indians only. Please stay away from this company. DON'T TRUST THEM.
I've ordered the bundle twice for both the bedrooms in my house. The quality of my sleep has improved drastically since sleepy cat, and I recommend it to everyone without second thoughts!
Dont buy from sleepycat
You can't return any product except matress that too with many conditions. You will end up buying a stinky bedding products with no return policy. That too from a 50% Chinese product as of now.
Never ever use sleepy cat mattress ..i used
the king-size ortho ..it took 6 months to feel the back pains origin ..spend a lot in psyotherapy for backpain treatment..finally i throw away the 16K priced sleepycat away and now I am free from backpain ....all the bad words

Very pathetic and worst experience with the mattress, this is not even eligible for one start rating, Vendor mentioned that this a orthopedic mattress but this will surly create orthopedic problem.
No support from flipcart, both flip and and vendor is cheating by displaying high resolution images with false information.
when I opted for return on the next still they did not accept my return. I will file the complaint in consumer court .
Don't go for Sleepycat if u want to Sleep.
