I am the Part of sinhgad since last 5 years .From student to Assistant professor .Sinhgad is the best and best for students because they are easily placed due to the great effort taken by our T&P department and various activities like Student training program (STP) , Aptitude tests, spo: ken tutorials taken by Institute level. Teacher and student relation is very free and friendly that's why students could easily resolve their problems infront of Teachers ..

I am currently pursuing my engineering from sinhgad institute ( smt kashibai navale college of engineering) and I ahve complete idea about all the engineering college belongs to stes. It is at a remote location. Not much frequency od public transportation. Very difficult to find food as campus is far from local market. You have to compromise from what you get inside the college. The area around the college is also not safe. No quality education is provided is the major problem my colleagues faces after suffering from rest of the problems. Placement is also not good.

Sinhgad institute of technology is engineering college located in lonavala.It is good college for taking a degree ofB.E.

The best thing about this college is the beauty of the nature which is surrounding the college.The college campus is also very large.One of the best thing of location of the college is it is based on the hills at its gives the best experience of living in a natural way.

This one campus takes multiple colleges in it. Like hotel management, pharmacy, MBA and their is one public school also which is from LKG to 12th std. You will get the best infrastructure as well as the quality education by my personal experience. This college will privide you every thing the ideal student need.

So if anyone have plan to get a degree from a best college you have that one option.

SIT abbreviated as Sinhagad Institute of Technology which is situated in Lonavla it is a hill station a twin hill station with Khandala, Sinhgad Institute of Technology is a group of society named as Sinhagad Technical Education Society, if I talk about college the college is best in its part, it is well situated in between Pune and Mumbai, here securities are very much kind hearted and disciplined and helpful lovable, if I talk about the tours and excursions in the college, there are a number of tours, petticoat placements in Sinhgad Institute of Technology then , you don't need to worry about his friends here there is highest placement gone is 21 lakh previous year, in this college there is centralised placement, that is all students have to go to Vadgaon the main campus of this college , all I need to say about this college is this college has given me a lot of things to learn and currently I am in 4th year of this college pursuing bachelor of engineering in computer science, last but not the least I would like to say you that if you are searching for any college in which you can do enjoy well, then come to this college.

Most famous college in sppu university, almost 100% for the E& TC students, best natur inside college very good industry exposure, There are some facilities such as parking, library, reading hall, wi-fi network, Canteen, Hospitability, Swimming pool, Cricket, football Hollyball, basketball, long tennis, kabbadi Grounds, ATM , Bus facility

The quality of education is best.Attendance is mandatory.Some annual functions are celebrate such as surbhi, shiv jayanti, all days, techtonic.

Overall this College is best for engineering.

Sinhgad was popular for its education few years ago. But nowadays because of some salary issues it has lowered its quality education.

Teachers of all sinhgad branches in pune are on strike because of their salary issues.

So most of the teachers are resigning.

Thinking about campus placement, it was also good few years ago, but not now.

So if you are thinking of studying engineering, I will not recommend you the sinhgad college.Instead of sinhgad narhe campus you can choose vadgaon, its better.

Sinhgad institute has many more campus around the india. It got the fame in few year. I have completed diploa from sinhgad insitute from vadgaon campus.

The education provided by this college is good. They takes lot of activities to overcome the frustration of studies of the students.

Sinhgad karandak is the most famous activity is given by this insitute in which they calls some international artists to perform and they entertain all the students.

Teaching staff is also kind of good hearted and they goes with each and every student and help them to growth their career.

College helps to student to get the jobs opportunities in good companies that is placements.

I recently take admission in this college to direct second year computer engineering.This college is no exception for good engineering college although the teaching staff is also a good one. Talking about infrastructure this college is well known in whole pune and boosts some pretty impressive or kind a like better than other engineering college infrastructure and equipment, they provide student lift for no extra exercise and central library where you can find every book specific to your branch or other extra things.

Hostel is somewhat good or I will say in good condition and well maintained rather the hostel of NRI is more than enough to a student. I'm currently studying in NBN Sinhgad institute of technology in second year computer engineering and the staff of our college is good as expected and help you in every aspect of engineering aand science sure if you are glad to ask them. Equipment in our lab are well maintained still they are old and we are using free source linux to programm on them. Sinhgad enroll new subject called student training program which aims to improve communication skills of student and let them talk confidentially in front of crowd.

Hi I am saurabh studying in this collage from 3 year. Now I am in 3rd year mechanical.

1. Collage have very big play ground very good hostel facility and good canteens .

2. Staff is very good .

3. Collage conduct many workshops, seminars .

4. Collage have 2 gyms having trainers and it have almost all sets .

Sinhgad institute is the best institute in all the ways.The faculties are always cooperative. They conducts each and every programs like cultural events, gathering, days, educational programs. Placement result is very good for every year. More than 100 industries associated with it for campus placement. All the branches have very attractive campus and infrastructure. I have the admission for engineering with sinhgad lonavala campus.

I complete my mca from sinhagad institute the college infrastructure is awsome as well as placement also quit well they provide central plcement lot of MNC company are came there each and every month about college fees its little bit more compare other colleges but they provide installment and scholership so its great after all I will give 4 rating out of five

They are providing lots of different courses,Each course is teach by high professionals.Teachers makes you confident and develop quality in you. They have high facilities,labs etc. which helps students to learn in progressive manner.

Administration is good,they rely on students to preparations for any extracurricular activities which is good.there are lots of scholarships for students also which lower class students and they relax students to pay fees on installments

there are lots of extracurricular activities happens on the campus in which they called different singers,bands etc.

Knowledge activities is conducted by campus for students to participate and boost their skills.

Alumini meet happens on every 2-3 years in which ex. students comes and share their experiences also get references by the students in the companies.Its a good opportunity for students to make contact with ex. students

I am BE student from this college. This college is popular mere with its name. Don't get misleaded with this name. This college is in Narhe area of Pune. The condition of road leading to this college are very bad. Its actually like a rural area outside Pune city. Faculty and teaching staff are average not very good. Facilities provided to students are not satisfactory. In all this college lacks in many aspects of education system.

As I am student of this college I love this one.i am appearing for last year in this college.

I have studying over here from last 4years but really I don't know how the days gone in past.

Everyday it's new morning over here.specially in rainy season the beauty of this campus grows and it looks like a hill station.

The college is located just near the NH4 Highway that's why it's good for the veiw of travels.

Also the nearest railway station is lonavala which is good things

As lonavala is tourist point all types of trains takes stops over here which is beneficial for students also.

Teaching staff of college is also too good and high profile and highly experience staff teaches us

INTRODUCTION

The college is own and managed by a reliable name in education field in pune i.e. SINHGAD INSTITUES. It has set its flag in the maharashtra firmly above any other private institutes. Its the best among the other private institutes in maharashtra except the colleges like MIT, VIT. If you got a kind of low rank in jee to get admission to government college and planning to pursue your bachelors from a good institute then here is the best for you that you can.

ACADEMICS

The institute has intake of almost 300 for mech. 180 for extc, 60 for comp, IT, ele, each. The faculty here is very good and cooperative that they are always ready to help you out with your problems even after the college timing and take extra effort on you.Coming to an institution, we see its track record of placements, educational facilities, labs, etc. So explaining about that this college has no reason to be blamed. it has more than 100 PCs for each department with required and up to date design and testing softwares installed. It has well equipped labs and classrooms of upto 80 students capacity. The college library has almost all the renowned reference books of all publications and authors. library has also the computers to access paid e journals about latest trends in engineering. The institutes hosts many technical workshops by iit and nit as well it has its own annual tech event TECHTONIC all managed by students of the institute comprising of events full of learning and knowledge.  The administration of the college is kind of best. all the events that may be technical or non technical are organized with enthuciasm. the festivels like holi and diwali also are celebrated in campus as it is a residential campus.

FEES

The college has annual fees of Rs-99248 for general category and about 54k for obc students which fall below to 12k for sc st students. the college provides various scholarships for the students which reduces the fees to almost half. the hostel fees are 50k each year with mess facility, which is a much less as compared to other colleges in pune that are about 40k only for living not mess included.

ACCOMODATION

The campus is well equipped with the 16 boys hostels and 4 girls hostel(one under  construction almost complete) with capacity of 300 each. they have 8 mess to choose the food from. though the taste of the food is not homely or like mother's food but it is far good as compared to the other colleges in pune charging much high fees for accomodation and -mess. The institute is based in such a locality that you have mumbai-pune expressway at a walking distance of 5min. railway and bus station is just 2km away where you can always rush by rikshaw or college bus in just 10 mins. The campus also has almost playgrounds for all sports like cricket, football, hockey, tennis, table tennis, carrom, chess, jyms. The professional coaches are also available for trainig the best out of you at sports. The campus is fully secured by the Security Force recruited by the institute itself. though the fightings between the groups is a common thing all over india.

Sinhgad Institute of technology,popularly know as SIT is one of the finest colleges in Pune university.It was established in 2004.College campus is extremely beautiful with surrounding mountains and beautiful weather.

65% of students are admitted on the basis of marks scored on the Maharashtra Engineering Entrance Test.and 15% of the students from outside Maharashtra state are admitted through the All-India Engineering Entrance Exam(AIEEE). The remaining 20% of students are admitted through management quota.

Faculty members have PHD from Denmark university and they are extremely helpful regarding any kind of query.

There my life was a nit less than Disneyland.

I used to study at the central Library which was open  24×7 for us and the scenery nearby are mind blowing. With the savitribai fule affiliated course it also had good education

Good staff and best facilities.

Infrastructure:

It's that magnificent structure that you see atop the ghats when Lonavala is nearing on your way from Mumbai to Pune or vice-versa. The infrastructure of Sinhgad Institute of Technology( SIT) is very good. Its cricket playground is well known all round Maharashtra. The college offers Wi-Fi connectivity in the whole campus and all the academic facilities are very well taken care

Attendance:

Sinhgad Institute of Technology( SIT), Lonavala follows a very strict attendance system. Students are expected to maintain 75% attendance, and they are often detained if it falls below 60% .

Hangouts:

Bushi dam is a common( and beautiful) hangout, but its also rather expensive- takes Rs. 500 by rick! Bamboo house and RK are two more hangouts. Alcohol is easily available, and another place students like hanging out is Beer Bridge.

The college is recognized for a best placement cell in pune Univ.
