Sine Pest Control

I bought a new house and wanted to get the pest control done. Our previously trusted Godrej Hi Care now became ISS hi care and the experience was not too good but not too bad. When I was out of the country, my mother took a yearly contract for Sine pest control service. I live in a 3 BHK and had cockroach problem only in bathrooms.

Afterthe first service, within a month the cockroaches were getting spotted in all the rooms, not just in the bathrooms. I called for an appontment to get it fixed, but received no call back. After 3 failed attempts I litterally shouted and kept calling every 15 mins to get an update after which the technician came. Even though I  had paid for the no smell package, the technician had not got the no smell gel products. He just sprayed the liquid all over my house and asked me to vacate the house for a few hours. I was surprised at this request and thats when I was told that the technician was not informed that I have the no smell package.

The smell lasted for a week, but again in 1 month the cockroaches started appearing.

I have again booked an appointment today but my hopes are quite low.

Please stay away from Sine.

Took a 1 year contract with Sine Pest Control, with a service contract every 4 months taking into account the sales representative talk and that they are an ISO certified company

In the first service, the actual experience was compeletely different from the sales man representations

a) They were using some cheap gel(so called imported gel) whereas was promised that the Rallis branded gel would be used

b) The service man who turned up was totally inexperienced and lacked basic knowledge about the work he was supposed to perform

c) The person turned up with inadequate tools.

Second Service was due in Jan,

a) There is no after sales service. The customer has to call them to make an appointment(unlike other pest control services who send reminders). The customer calls for 15 days before an appointment is given

b) They do not have any record of a 1 year contract. Their systems are not in place

c) The appointment is given at 10 am and the serviceman turns up at 11.15 am and again the same nightmare cheap gel, no tools

d) On a complaint call to their zonal office, the person-in-charge tops it up with a so what answer.

If you have read through this, its probably enough to make a decision on the quality of service(from a so called ISO certified company)
