Sinclairs Ooty Hotel, Nilgiris

The Sinclairs hotel is blessed with a good location. I must say that serenity engulfs the ambiance of this Hotel   property, which is just few kilo meters away from the Ooty town. The well-designed lobby area is maintained with a large portrait of Lord Natrajan murti and decorated with potted plants and a  fish tank.

All the rooms are very beautiful and this hotel offer  88 comfortable rooms with cottage style with all modern conveniences and amenities. They provide  room service for 24 X 7. There is also free shuttle service between Hotel and Ooty town during morning and evening.

This part is the best to be highlighted because travelers alike me look forward for such courtesy from the management of the Hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days are Hotel Sinclairs - Ooty. It is a 3 star hotel located close to Ooty town. I think it would be around 5 KMs from the Charring Cross. I got a good deal from Makemytrip.com . I got the entire package including tea, lunch and dinner for 10K.

The room that we got was not up to the standard of a 3 star hotel. The room was damp but later I figured out that most of the hotels in Ooty are like that. Few things that I really liked about the hotel Sinclairs..........To read more about Hotel Sinclairs Ooty, read

Holidaying in Ooty with Hotel Sinclairs was a wonderful experience! Ooty is indeed a beatiful place...I went on a short break with my family, and stayed at Hotel Sinclairs for 2 nights and 3 days. I can never forget the blue skies and mountains, coffee and tea gardens, blossoming flowers in forests of sandalwoods, the rustling leaves in fragrant winds and beautiful waterfalls...

Ooty is a perfect destination for touring visitors from all over the world. Apart from the beauty of the place, Hotel Sinclairs made my holiday truly enjoyable...I am a frequent traveller, and was absolutely bowled over by the lever of service at check in and check out!! The rooms are exquisite and spacious, fabrics are of top quality, towels are fluffy, toiletries are plentiful...

I've stayed at other hotels where they are pretty stingy with toiletries, so this was a warm welcome. The view from the room is great too. The staff is friendly, and always seem next to you. The food at the multicuisine is super, whether Chinese or Indian... flawless service..If I were to criticise anything, it would be that Ooty gets a bit too cold in the night, but they have central heating, so my stay was fairly comfortable in any case...

All in all, I had a great experience. I love Sinclairs... The BEST in Ooty!! Highly recommended, would love to visit again.
