Siddharth Hotel, Kota

I needed a room for around 12 people in kota for a function,

I came across this hotel/lodge, and found it convenient for the guest as it was near the railway station .

I booked a big room for 9 people and2 small rooms for 2 , the rooms were decent compared to other , they charged me 250 RS per person for a day. So I booked by paying half amount in advance for 2 days and promised him to pay half during the function.

Every thing was good, unless the owner asked the remaining amount to my guest on second day.

I would have given this hotel a good rating but because they asked money to my friends staying there , I was very unhappy about their behavior.

I came to know about this when I went to pay the remaining amount , I had given them my mobile number if they need money so urgent , they could have called me, instead of collecting the money from the guest.

Very unprofessional !!
