Sangeetha Mobile Store, Bangalore

Yesterday, on 12.01.2016,  I bought Wham mobile Q5 from sangeetha mobiles, METTUPALAYAM, Tamil Nadu. They refused to give the bill and stamp the warranty card. This is unethical and unacceptable.

I insisted on the bill, but they said they cannot give a bill for a product sold on offer. In addition to this, they declined to  stamp the warranty card even supposing the product has company warranty.

Sangeetha Mobile Store is one of the largest mobile stores which provide their online service to buy the mobiles phones in India. Before three years, I was in Bangalore for my study so I took the experience there of sangeetha store to buy my first smart phone.

As any merchant was known by their service first to at this point, they meet the requirements of their customers. After placing the order at their shop I got my phone on time and it was occasion of Christmas so I got a small gift also with my phone. I was very happy more for the gift than my phone as the gift was free.  It has a number of their stores in Bangalore city. Apart from Bangalore they provide their service in some other cities also.

All phones  in one place:- Bangalore is a big city and is very confusing when it comes to shopping. Bug there is one place where you can find all the phones you need and that place is the Sangeeta mobile store in Bangalore. I bought my Samsung Galaxy s6 from them and they sold if to me on lower price than the MPR. That phone has not encountered and problems since I bought it.

This people are complete professionals and they a a perfect phone for you no matter your price range. This is the first place I would look for buying a new phone, I trust those people completely. They also provided me with a proper warranty too.I am happy to make the perfect choice

I went to Sangeetha mobile stores in marathon all to buy an iPhone 6s plus. The salesman there said that there is a 10% money back offer which I will get in 2 days from the date of purchase. I purchased the mobile and when I called them after 3 days, they simply said that they will give coupons thru some application called zombie and I can redeem 30% of future purchases thru this.

It is a complete unethical way of going back after they sold the phone and the area sales manager also didn't bother to respond. No care attitude by the staff

I had a worst experience with sangeetha mobiles in Marathahalli(Above SBI Bank) in bangalore.

I went to them to buy nexus5x in excahnge of my onld nexus5.they told they will take my old phone for 2k as it had damage and also agreed to take my samsung tab for 1.5k. I was ok with it.

but latter they started diverting me from nexus to iphone. they told if I buy a Iphone 5s they will take my old phone for 9k. but trick is they told me iphone 5s is 34 thousand and after discount I will get it for 25k. But the price on iphone5s in istore is 28k and amazon is 25k.

my mistake was I belived sangeetha and made the payment. when I retruned to them with this price.initially they told everything in online is refurbished phones so we cant trust it.

when I enquired why istore sells it for 28k and u r selling it for 34k.they told its a genuine product.I am not sure how genuine can sangeetha be more than istore.

and I short time they softness changed and they became arrogant.finally after all the quarrels I realised nothing can be done for that!.very bad sangeetha is playing with customer's trust.

Sangeetha mobile store located in Koramangala, Bangalore  is one of the reputed mobile store in City, very renowned shop in terms of brands and trust that’s the only reason they do own many trusted customers who they have been servicing since those years.I purchased  few mobiles from this store as recommended by  a colleague.

I found this store to be different from others in many ways, like they treat and pay equal importance to every customers, products are worth buying for which take guarantee. Once I got a faulty phone in which I had warranty period  so I went to them contacted them on it and they immediately apologized for it  and they got me  a new handset immediately.

Those are few instances which will make you to respect them and trust them immediately and this what makes them different from rest  .I am very much happy with their services and a very much trust worthy mobile store.Iam definitely recommending my relatives and friends for going to buy  mobiles and mobiles accessories from this Sangeetha mobile store.

Bought one mobile car charger. It had 6 months warranty. It turned out faulty. Within 24 hours of the purchase, I went for a replacement.

They were reluctant to do anything about it. First they wanted to see the demo. Even after demo, they didn't recognize it, neither replaced it. Funniest part is, they said, it is car problem or mobile problem. Not the device problem. Never go and buy anything from Sangeetha.

Sangeetha are selling Wham phones and they are pushing all customers to buy. They are very poor in quality and after sales services. I have purchased one Wham phone from Sangeeta shop, SR Nagar, Hyderabad on June 7, 2015(cost was Rs 1350). Within 1 month, the charger gone and I have gone to the service centre located in Punjagutta(cellular care center).

He said to give the charger and come after 20 days. Then I asked how can we use the phone for 20 days. But that guy was so bad in behaviour and so I have suffered a lot. And after 1 month again on yesterday 5th August, the display of the phone was not working properly. When I went to the service centre again today, he said this is by physical damage and you need to pay Rs 750 for this. I told him there is not any physical damage and the phone looks fine in outside, only inside screen is not working. But he did not listen any thing. I went to Sangeeta Shop and they are telling to go to another service centre. They are not talking this person in the service centre, This Phone does not have their own service centre and all the listed service centres are third party people. And they will not listen to your problem.

I have purchased the phone in just 2 months ago, and I lost Rs 1350. I can not use the phone now as display gone and can not repair it as they are charging Rs 750 for this. If I would have invested Rs 2000 at that time, I could have bought Nokia or Samsung or Micromax. I have been cheated by this Sangeeta shops and Wham phones.

Sangeetha Anniversary 20% cash back is just a deceitful marketing gimmick. terms and conditions not mentioned neither in bill nor website.

When I purchased I was told 5% redemption sms wud come next month. it did come 2 days before expiry .2 times I went to redeem 5% to the store but they send me back saying server congested.

3rd time I go they tell offer period is over and it cant be redeemed.paytm also they have not credited saying server issue. they are using unethical ways to lure customers in name of anniversary sale, Sad to see such behavior from so called "pioneers and leaders".

I took mobile in sangeetha stores just for insurance courage and the service of sangeetha

My mobile price has come down by 3000/- which will attract insurance claim I have been visiting the store from many days regarding the issue but no one is responding and I never got that reduction .!

Paytm cash back and all they have told and I never got any cash back.!

Worst experiance ever its better not to buy phones at sangeetha stores.! these are not the qualities of leader.! customer doesnt come to you if you dont serve them.!

I have visited Sangeeta Mobile store Bangalore many time but never bought mobile and other flip covers from there the reason is that  they just advertise falls offers on mobile phones if you go there they will simply tell that the offer is on some specific mobiles only.

It is my habit to compare prices on different shop before buying any phones and almost every time I found that they are taking more price than other stores.If you ask for discount then they tell that they cant reduce the price. Local stores gives good discount and services too.So I am not recommending this for anyone.

I bought an SD card from Sangeetha mobiles store in RT Nagar and despite repeated requests, the store person did not give me a bill. He promised "best service" if something went wrong.

The card stopped working in one month. He took it for "repair" and told me that he will call up.

After a week, he did not call up.I went to his shop. He told me to call him up. When I called him he said he was "busy". Now he has my card, no bill.Luckily I paid for it through my credit card and the transaction reference SMS is with me.What can I do in this case?

Sangeeta mobiles are quite famous and that itself talks about their services. I have purchased 2 mobile phones from Sangeeta and is satisfied from their support and their prices.

The people in the stores are friendly(I have visited only Basavanagudi branch) and are not tired with all your questions and time you take to choose a mobile(I mean that is their job though some people are rude if you ask them to get down half of their shelf).

They even have good knowledge about all the handsets they have and that is what is required, right answer on the tip of the tongue. You even get mobile accessories at reasonable prices.

One of the best things about Sangeeta is their 1 rupee margin sale which goes on for a month and during this time, they offer great discounts and gifts on mobiles as well as free pick up and drop services etc., .

This year it was held in June and ended on July 5th which offered around 600 Rs paytm cash, a free wifi dongle, mobile insurance, extended warranty and free pick up and drop services on mobile for an year! And the prices of the mobiles were almost the same as you get online after discount! If you are the one who can wait for a mobile to avail offers, buy them during their margin sale! I missed it this time because of my budget problem.

Their after sales service is also good and they respond patiently for all your queries.I would recommend a friend to buy mobiles in Sangeeta if online is not his/her option. This is the best place to buy a mobile!

Gave my moto g2 for 2 hours of service as the 3.5mm earphone jack was bent and it got stuck. Charged me Rs. 350 for it saying it requires proper work to be done.

Nightmare followed after that! Volume button wasn't working after I got it back. Went back to them for repair. Sat patiently for an hour at the service center. The person at the center tried twice( the way he worked, I could make out that he's not qualified!) didnt even put back the screws properly, which caused the back panel to bend.

Went back for the third time. told me they would return it in 3 hours. tried calling nidish's number, no reply! and says the want to keep it for one more day!

Dunno when i'll get it back! Extremely disappointed! never had such a bad experience! went there for a simple problem. made the condition much much worse!

Sangeetha - Cheaters - Do Not BUY anything. At the time of purchase of my handset they promised that they will arrange for representative to collect handset at our doorstep if the handset gets damaged. But this is not true. you got run around like donkey to get things done.

I will update all readers on final conclusion of this scenario. I request all readers to find other dealers, possibly the most trusted dealers who don't give fake promises.

Sangeetha is cheating people like anything. Please do not buy. I bought a phone and now it's damaged accidentally. During purchase time they say nice words pick up and drop phone if damaged etc etc. But now i'm facing that I have to go behind them to fill up some forms.

Only reason insurance or any other company not doing it since they withdrew the insurance company deal. Even at the time of purchasing when deal was valid for those customers as well they won't do. I felt so damn irritated. Never buy any phone from these fellows. Kindly go to any other good dealers. Worst totally crap Sangeetha Mobiles stores.

PS: Initially when I go to Sangeetha stores they ask us to call some call center and they to insurance and insurance again back to Sangeetha.

Hi Everyone. I'd like to inform you that when you're trying to buy a mobile phone at Sangeetha Mobiles be very very careful. instead doubly ensure that you dont fall prey to their honey sweet commitments especially when explaining about the cell phone features.

Their main intention is to loot the customer by giving fake features of the cell phones for which customer shows interest to buy. But in reality many of features what they try to explain do not persist. I only request the buyer that when you are intending to purchase a mobile its better you once call to the customer service center of the mobile phone and enquire of product features and take your decision.

Because when you're ready to spend money in thousands of rupees. can't you afford a phone call price and save yourself before falling prey to the words said by the executives at Sangeetha mobile or any other dealers. rest is your decision.

I had bought sony E3 from dodda banaswadi without compare any other shops. I understood later they cheated me in price and added some thing extra as additional warranty and given some unknown memory card.

I am running behind them for flip cover and screen guard. I will never recommend this store to any of my friends

Crappy service from Sangeetha Forum Bangalore.worst ever! After sales is totally sh. Bought a phone and in just a month the display was gone. Was told to contact Onsite care and after more than a month got a response stating that insurance was rejected and the phone cannot be repaired without paying the cost amount.

So requested the phone back instead of paying that huge amount. Guess what? I got back the phone in total shitty condition, screen broken totally, phone almost in a disaster. Now the phone isn't a 1000 bucks worth. What a bunch of a* seriously. Damn u guys! Go to Hell! I don't want to give even a single star rating.
