Sandeep Packers and Movers

I had to transport my Bike from Sohna Gurgoan to Anantnag in Jammu and Kashmir. On 21-Mar-2024 after receiving advance amount through Google pay(Menu Bhardwaj, Google pay name), They sent a guy for Taking my bike and balance amount. I was assured that Bike will be Transported to your Door step within 7 days.

Guys here the worst of my life started. After 7 days I called them about delivery of my bike, they said will be transported in 2 more days, Each day I would call them and will say by evening by Morning, this continued till 04-May-2024(44 days). On 4th of May I received my Bike from Gati Office in Anantnag J&K, the representative at gati office told that the bike was transported on 24th of April 2024 from Gurgon, Means they had kept my bike for a month in Gurgoan only.

They also sent one revised bill Claiming Additional amount, which I didnt pay, I had filed police complaint against these guys also, May be that is why they transported my bike later.

This was the Worst, traumatic experience I have faced due to this cheater agency.

All is they just want to grab Extra money from Customers.

I request all not to fall pray of these Guys, they will definitely snatch your peace.

These guys are not at all professional packers.I had a very terrible experience of transporting my articles through this packer. When I received my articles these goons sought additional money and the articles received in a very bad shape.License of this packer should be cancelled.

He gave me a low quote for 3000 for transporting my bike fo delhi to mumbai then after bike was delivered he asked for another 1000 for insurance and dropped the bike 80 km away from my house . Even after lying to me that it will be transported till my house they did this. They ruined my bikes battery and now I am not in mumbai to collect it . Now they are asking me for another 3500 rs to transport it till home. The owner is the biggest crook. Don't trust his sweet talks

A big fraud company. Have taken my TV for delivery from delhi to odisha. Its been more than 3 months now. Neither delivering in odisha nor delivering back in delhi address. The person Naveen is a blunt liar.. have been laying us about our TV and not delivering at all. All be careful and stay away from this fraud company. I am not sure if i will get back my TV or not. Such a cheat and fraud company.

This is big fraud company... owner Naveen will do sweet talk and lie about charges until he get your goods ..and once he have your good, he will send inflated bills adding various charges and refuse to load your luggage until you pay that...i was promised 5k charge for door to door delivery from delhi to Bangalore for 1 scooty and 2 bags...once he took my scooty and bags he asked for 9500rs saying he added loading charges and packing..above all i have to pay separately 1000k to get my scooty here in Bangalore..as he refused to transport it from there godown to house without additional money... quality of work is also poor, during shifting their appeared multiple dents on my bike...you should never go with this service...owner name- naveen( atleast he told that) his contcat-85294 0xxxx and Google pay by name- menu bhardwaj...stay away from these liers..

They did fraud with me and then blocked all my numbers.my luggage lost on the way as they sent in Share with Fraud and took Full Truck payment with me.

Never book this Packer Mover.

These people are fake, they took my deposit to pick up my luggage and didn't show up, I asked my refund back but they never returned and blocked my mobile number. Naveen Kumar, their associate nice talking till you deposit your money, then he does not respond at all.

1) Lied about delivery date, always say "kal aayegi kal aayegi"

2) Asked for more payment while delivery(almost 150% of bilty amount)

3) He share all the documents(Registration certificate, GST certificate, Visiting card), but all are fake

4) While delivering says it is not for door to door, you have to pick from godown

5) Drive car without consent(Drove 100kms)

There rate is very high and service is very bad.. delay in service. There service is wrost in Bangalore. There do not handle the goods properly. I booked the service for my frnd from Bangalore to Delhi . There was a lot of damages and moreover there was loss of items.

Transferred personal goods from Bangalore to Mumbai.

For the first time, I tried Sandeep Packers and Movers. Their packaging of goods was good, rates were economical. They promised that the goods will be delivered within 3-4 days. Today is the 7th day and I still didn't get the stuff at the destination. I have already called them 5 times to inquire about the location of the goods. They claimed that goods have already reached Mumbai 3 days ago. But its local partner who is responsible to transfer the goods at the destination is telling some other story. Their is no synchronisation between Sandeep P&M and its local partners in Mumbai. They keep saying that your goods are ready to be transferred but no action taken even after 6-7 hours. They are still in same state. I think they are frustrated after receiving my calls and trust me the feeling is mutual.

So if you are patient enough, then this service is good. Otherwise, go for better options.

I had opted for Sandeep Movers and Packers for moving my stuff from Pune to Pondicherry but I have got the worst experience of my life. I was promised to get my stuff in 6 days but it has been 9 days I have not received the same.Staff is behaving very unprofessionaly, not picking our call and giving false commitments. My daughter is 7 months old and because of not getting my stuff m in a great mess. All thanks to these unprofessional people. Would not recommend to my enemy also. People be ready to face hell lot of problems if u r giving ur valuable items to these insensitive people.

We had a good experience with this group by using multiple moving. We were required to move the stuff from Pune to Chennai in April 2015. It was done by the team very quickly and with whole sincerity. Every item received in OK condition and also on time delivery. I recommended these guys to those who want to a tension free shifting. I had exactly one weak notice for my last move from Pune to Noida. Needless to say, I did not get any time to prepare in advance. From my prior experiences, dealing with movers and packers was one of the most difficult things about moving.

Than I stumbled on Sandeep Packers Movers after going through the site and visited there person, I want to give it a chance. It was a compelling concept, trying to put some structure to otherwise very unorganized sector. In hindsight, I made a right choice.
