After warranty period of 3 year overs , machine got malfunctioning. Contacting customer Care is itself a challenge, technician visit is tiresome, and worst is part replacement, here entire PCB which cost 3000, only has three months warranty. It is advisable not buy from samsung

No response from customer care service. Continously calling customer care for service of washing machine. Once engineer visited and informed some parts has to be changes since it has been 6 days no quation or response from service center.

I purchased an 8kg top load fully automatic washing machine 2 months ago from flipkart. After next day of installation it started malfunctioning. Flipkart denied for replacement. Samsung is trying to repair it again and again but not working after 2 months of installation. Now they are telling that choose some another model from samsung website and give difference amount to them. No offers can be applied in this type of exchange. If I still choose same model for exchange I will have to pay Rs 5000 extra. Because no bank offer will be applied on this type of purchase. Means to save my 16000 should invest 5000 more. Jai ho ghatiya Samsung.

Most of the review of any product is given within few months of purchase. Therefore it's durability, service quality are misinterpreted. I purchased a Samsung front load fully automatic washing machine in Oct 2020. Initially it ran well but whithin one year it's PCB failed. Thereafter every year PCB failed. 4 time PCB replaced in 4 years and now drum also got broken. It's not only waste of money but also a lot of headache when you purchase samsung washing machine. Decide wisely.

I share my honest review for Samsung 9kg fully automatic washing machine it faced many technical problems in the beginning this machine switched off automatically once it start and the clothes don't wash properly either no good response even from service center even their mechanics are not able to fix it properly totally waste of money product new problems arise constantly i not recommended this brand product you purchase

Trust me guys never ever buy samsung home appliances, I bought Samsung Eco Bubble Washing Machine which was next to worst as not cleaning the clothes properly, sustaining the dirts in clothes there

Feature such as ecobubble etc etc are marketing gimmics with no such tech

they are just trying to fool customers, so please look into other brands instead of samsung

I am from Container zone and brought a Samsung washing machine. I contacted technician for installation. After 4 days it is not fixed yet. One technician came after 48 hours and he was in a hurry and do some lame excuse and went away. Then he told us to come next morning but he informed us in the next morning that he will not be able to come on that day. Then I contacted again with customer service and they are extremely rude and asking why we are calling 4 times. I am totally disappointed and I never expect such kind of behavior from Sumsung.

Samsung washing machine worked fine for 6 years and we were happy about it. For the first time, when we started facing problem, we thought there must be some problem with the power button or some connected part, as it was not starting. We called authorised service centre. They sent a service engineer. But instead of repairing or changing only the damaged part, he told us to change the entire PCB board as that was as per their company policy. We paid around rs 6000 and allowed him to change the entire PCB board. But just after 3 months and 2 days we faced same problem again. Now this time , since the warrenty period was for 3 months they rejected our aplication for replacing the part. We requested them to consider it under warranty period but they refused. Again we were asked to pay the same amount of money to replace PCB. Now we are fade.up with the whole process and their unethical , unprofessional behaviour and request the probable customers not tobuy Samsung washing machine, not even for any discount offer.

I service center they send me service person they asked me to change entire unit.only one roller as to be change its very much available outside it cost only 200 rupees.entair unit changes 2000rupees it's ridiculous

My samsung full automatic washing machine 6kg drum got jammed approached samsung customer service for repair but they just sent a person he charged and told the machine is jammed and its parts are not available. Again it's a loss of visiting charge. Not satisfied with Samsung after sale service. The product is in good condition but customer service is not good. Anyone from samsung can help me.

Don't buy Samsung washing machine. Within 1 year bottom plastic plate 3 times broken and also parts not available at service center and also warranty not giving on plastic parts. But this part is important and will take entire weight of the cloths but Samsung has made this part very delicately. Waste of money and time.

Samsung washing Machine service team is very slow and very bad technical team is very bad my machine is more than 1month is dead I. Follow with service team they come and change one part then they a say this not a problem we want to other parts service is very poor

Sumsung washing machine front load is not good, repair will be started after 1.5 years.

Costomer service technician Mr. Sayed Arfan has visited previous month, and serviced board and accessories and promised and given warranty for next 5 years.

Collected amount Rs. 7300/-

Within 2 months same problem repeated and calling from morning he is not responding properly and not visited till now.

I request you to don't refer this Sumsung washing machine to any one.

It's a worst experience from machine n customer care service team.
