Had called up 1800 313 5631 for customer support. They ask for 300 Rs visiting charges, without even opening the machine the person is asking to spend 7k for part damage. Please check the authenticity of the number.

I have purchased Samsung front load 6 kg washing machine in the year 2012. since then I have spent almost Rs 20, 000/- for repair of various nature. I have delicately handled it inspite of this frequent repairs that too very expensive repairs sucks. parts are very expensive, its take almost 10 days to get the repair done. My suggestion is go for a better option.
This washing machine is very nice to use very good machine there is 6kg cloth washing at my home I use this washing and I am sharing my own experience of washing machine this is very good and fully automatic

It is not a 6 kg machine. It can be loaded with a maximum of 3 kg of clothes. I am not saying this from my experience only. It is clearly mentioned in the User Manual as recommended load for various types of clothes.
