My recent venture into redesigning my living space took a sour turn with the purchase of multiple items from #RoyalOak. The expectations of enhancing my home turned into a regrettable experience, prompting me to share a comprehensive review:

Centre Table Debacle:The Centre Table arrived in a severely damaged state. Despite immediate notifications to RoyalOak, the replacement process has been frustratingly slow, with no resolution even after 10 days.
Quality Concerns: Regrettably, the quality of all items received fell short of expectations. Partial damages and defects were prevalent, raising doubts about the authenticity of the supposedly "new" products.
Showroom Illusion: The disparity between the pristine appearance of products in the showroom and the reality at home was striking. Nearly 90% of the items unveiled defects or damages post-purchase, questioning the transparency of RoyalOak's showroom presentation.
Communication Breakdown:The most disheartening aspect was the lack of responsiveness from RoyalOak. Despite consistent follow-ups and attempts to address concerns, there has been a noticeable absence of concern or urgency on their part.
2 chairs were bought in February 2023 and delivered at the end of March but one broke in September due to poor welding on joints. The store was not responding on time and the ones sold already left the Royal Oak due to their poor responses to such complaints from customers. Royal oak did not take responsibility to repair even at my cost though it broke on 6th month. Quality is poor. No service and no accountability from their end. They sell products with false promises and deliver defective items in this way their cheating business put the customers at risk. So I never recommend Royal Oak for buying your furniture. Be careful if you buy.

Some one advice me .
Purchased coffe table, sofa and dining table from Royal Oak on Dec'22.
Coffee table is broken, been 10 and more days since my complaint, no 1 is come to check, sofa makes sound while we sit, and they say it's normal after checking the video we sent, but no service personal has come to check.
Very very poor service from Royal Oak ppl, never expected this and will never buy any products henceforth.
After placing online prepaid order on royaloak online site, I never got any update or my delivery for 15 days. No one answers on their customer care no. If picked by mistake, They clearly denied for delivery n availability of product n also refund of my money. This is cheap. Didn't expect this from Royal oak.
We bought a study chair from Royal Oak. Within some time the chair became unusable. We tried to contact customer support but there is no answer or most of the time it says all executives are busy. I would regard this as poor service. Chair has become unusable for long time now
Fraud, cheaters and blackmailers... I paid full amount advance for purchasing a TV unit and on the day of dilver store manager told there is no stock.when I asked for refund they said there is no refund policy at royaloak ...how come a company which is operating in India cannot follow rule of the land. After many followups and more than 15 times visiting the store physically there was no response and recales behaviour of staff and management
They may open the stores with celebrities but what they do is absolute cheating and have zero customer centric policy. When I went through consumer cases in royal oak there were more cases of such.
It is absolute shame on taking away customers amount and not giving refund for undelivered products.
The dining set chair broke for the second time. The material is very cheap quality and I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. Won’t recommend anyone to buy it.
It is not even 1 year and the customer service is pathetic. The are not replacing the broken item.
I injured myself when the chair broke, see how the patch work being done by royal oak by patching a faulty chair . life threatening

I purchased one dining table Italian collection very comfortable and very nice
I bought a dining table which is totally defective. When I raised an issue they sent me a replacement of table which is also defective after that they picked a product and promised to refund my amount within 10 days but more than 20 days are done still I didn't get my refund. They are not answering my calls and their all products are belonging from China not from Asian Malaysian wood which they commit on the store or website. The quality of their products is totally poor and defective.
So, please be aware of this kind of fraud brand.

Ordered a dining table. Have not received in 3 weeks. After 2 weeks of calling them, they figured out they don't have the item, and asked us to visit the store to select another product. I asked them to refund the money, and they say it is not in their policy! The audacity.
Still waiting to hear back anything positive.
I purchased dining table, they told it is made up of rubber wood but when material received it is of pop material used for false ceiling....Iam very much upset and lost my hard earned money to them. Please please don't go with Royaloak for any items. Worst experience....
A sales staff approached me at the entrance by looking at me why this customer coming inside with full of surprise.. looked at me as she. was really like confused person. Whole journey of queries as a customer was answered like teacher answering to an UKG student..??????????. Any question, full of negative answer given.!! Dear RoyalOak, I recently purchased a AUDI WOODEN KING BED - V2 from your Kumananchavdi, Chennai on 12/6/2023. Upon delivery, I was dismayed to find that the cot was broken. I expected a high-quality product based on your company's reputation and I must say, I'm deeply disappointed with this experience. I request an immediate replacement, considering the necessity of this item in my household. Pathetic store. Don't trust them. I went to their store as I need a bed in urgent basis. First they told me that it will take 15-18 days to get it delivered. I said ok no problem let me buy from some other store as it little urgent. Seeing the customer going they promised to deliver it in the week's end and I also trusted them like a fool. It's 4 days up now they have not delivered, not even I have received any details of delivery person. My son is sleeping on floor due to which he has catched cold and cough that was the only reason I needed it on urgent basis. There team doesn't respond on call. They told me that it will be delivered today, being Sunday deliveries n shiftings are not allowed in my society. Still on special request and paying charges for urgent delivery to my society i got it arranged somehow. But now no one it taking call not responding on WhatsApp . These guys just take orders based on false promises on websites.
They never comply with the promised dates or even the new dates given.
Product quality is also local and not according to specs given.
Once ordered its a sad experience.
I bought a book shelf ONLINE from Royal Oak worth Rs. 13000 seeing the decent advertisements and assurances that they had provided in their website.
In fact their customer care had called me back after my enquiry and assured of all support. Royal Oak also offered an additional discount coupon for around Rs 1000. I felt good about the whole deal. However, when it arrived after full online payment, the bookshelf was heavily damaged.
Even when I pointed it out, the assembling technician took no responsibility and asked me to complain to customer care of Royal Oak.
I sent many number of mails to Royal oak customer care - about 20 of them during the next one month, however there was no response. There was no response even when I filed legal complaint through online legal services(they are also cheats). Finally, I gave up and considered it as my own fault. Should not have even considered Royal Oak.
After about use of 6 months, the shelf has also started to bend. In short, Royal Oak are irresponsible businessmen and are only behind instant money. I will be happy if at least one person is able to think twice before ordering from them.
