He purchased items for rupees 3005.21. However the store cashier swiped our debit card twice even after the first transaction was successful. the amount was debited twice without any reason by the cashier. When asked they never apologized or took any action. My father is old and he is more than 60 years. He doesn't have net banking. When I spoke to the store manager he is not willing to speak to my father and the cashier tells to bring my fathers bank statement. How can a old man roam around for bank statement for your store's mistake. Its not an easy process to get the statement as they need letter and stuffs. My father lives alone and there is no one to help him. We need your store to refund the debited amount to his account ASAP.

Such an irresponsible act from the store.
