Reflect Saloon And Spa - Thippasandra - Bangalore

If u r choosing any centre for health n beauty..its a big no no fr reflections. These guys have such bad attitude n services ...no hygiene n they will cheat u for ex : if u go fr diamond facial it wont be that ..plus they get customers only bcoz of sites n offers like from deals n you r similar one!

I got rashes in skin after waxing n facial...n for hair cut they don't have any trained staff! Gosh worst experience I ever had !

My experience was much more worse . Paid 25000 for six months un limited package as trail show was quite good and tempting . Then started the nightmare:

1- Saw men inside saloon going in n around

2- Rude attitude of manager

3- Bad quality of services

4- Towels n aprons given are used one

5- Most of the time dirt n water around hair wash area which maid cleaned with towel given to client to use

6- Bathroom was too filthy with recently used for bath with hair n soap bubbles ....

When complaint management was rude enough for me to retaliate. Once while given a used n smelly apron I raised my voice manager asked me to leave as am not allowed to continue services. Out of settlement ( used services for 3 months out of six months)  chopping off many taxes as service tax, management tax etc. They are refunding me Rs 8000/- only. Management ladies are such a low class n uneducated  am not able to fight with then as can not stoop to their level ....

Feels so helpless to deal with this low class ladies don't know wt to do abt it ...ANY IDEA ..?

This is the worst salon. I have ever experienced..Except one most of them don't know how to behave..One lady sitting at the reception(so called manager)there to show only attitude.The most pain was my attender..she had really lack of any knowledge..they ask 500 for back massage..n they  provided for max 5 mins..and when I asked..she said rudely that..'no time'..and her behaviour was really bizzare. Though I took appointment..but in between facial she asked me to come on some other day.

Even though if you go through any deal..I would suggest not to go there..choose some other salon..  It is upto you..but if you really to play with you skin and to get irritated..you are always welcome to 'reflect spa and salon'

Reflect saloon and spa has good staff. But the infrastructure and facilities are poor. Also they haven't any professionals except one, when the professional is on leave, the others make you feel like hell:@. Manager is an idiot who just pick your money and won't mind about the facilities Rajeev_Vermacially when you purchased snap deal offer. Highly disappointed by the services and the behavior of manager/owner. But in good aspect, there was one girl who is talented in facial and other sort of things. Hair treatment was really horrible here and they took extra 200 also by saying they did special cut. Actually they did worse and I went 2 another parlor to make it fine.
