RBANMS First grade DegreeCollege is situated near UlsoorLake. Many degree courses are offered in this college like B.COM, BA, BSC, and BBM & M.COM. The college is graded B. In each class there are more than 60 students, the environment of the college is pretty good and the garden is also well maintained by the college authorities. The lab facility is also good but not to the fullest satisfaction. These are the few thinks what we can know from outside.
The one thing I hate in this college is the office staff they are so rude and head weighted people I was one of the victim. They are so lazy and don’t do there jobs properly there are more than 3-4 staffs like this in this college.
I finished my II PUC and wanted to join this college as this was nearer to my place. So I got the application form filled it completely and applied in this college. They asked me to come after 2 days I have been waiting for more than 2hrs to see the principle and get admission I know this is the case in all the college. But the thing which I can’t digest is the way the office staff’s behaviour after getting my admission.
There is one lady in the office I don’t want to name here she is the rudest staff in this college. We need to submit our application form after paying all the fees to her, I and many students were standing in the long queue from morning she came late and started collecting the application form slowly like a snail. She hardly collected 5 forms and she started speaking with his colleague about her personal life then after collecting 4 forms she had her coffee more than 30 students were standing in the queue, and after some time she came out and started speaking over the phone for more than 15min she did not care about the students who were standing in the queue, we all got so irritated what to do we paid the fees we should be patient all the students standing in the queue were cursing her.
Then after my 1st year I wanted to join some other college because of my personal problem. I approached the principle to give me a TC & NOC, he asked me to write a letter and get it signed from all the concerned staffs almost all the staffs signed it except this lady and a gentle man who is similar to this lady. They made to me to run behind them for more than a week just to sign in that letter.
1st day she said that she was little busy come later after 1hour. I was waiting for her for 1hr then she said she is still busy come after 2days. By giving silly reasons she ignored me I don’t know what work she has whenever I see her she was just sitting & chatting with her colleagues
Then came the real headache for me my first year marks card was stuck with that great gentle man. It will hardly take 5min for them to take and give; I was behind them for more than 2 months to get my marks card. They give silly reasons and make us wait.
The principle of this college is also not bothered about there behavior, I heard that he is also afraid of them. Principle this is my kind & humble request from me please guide your staff members not to behave like this with the students otherwise your college will definitely loss good will. I don’t want them to treat the students well but they can do justice to there job at least.
Other than this I did not find any shortcoming in this college all the teaching staff’s are good and helpful to the students.
