Ratnam Hospital - Moti Tanki Chowk - Rajkot

I visit here with my grandpa because he was suffering from the Heart Problem and I booked the appointment of the Dr. Shaikh on 9 Nov 2017 and I want to share some problem that was faced by me over there.

1) Staff Attitude: The Attitude of the staff was not good at all this is because when I ask about the Dr.Shaikh Cabin they misdirect us which is not suitable at all.

2) Medical Care: The Medical Facility was not that much advance and reliable that was not suitable at all.

3) Infrastructure: The Parking was not available at all and the Internet was not available at all and the main thing was the electricity was not available 24* 7 which is not tolerated at all.

4) Charges: The Doctor over here was charging too much amount and which is not affordable at all.

So, Rather than this, you should go to the Sterling Hospital they were efficient and reliable.

I went on this hospital when my uncle were get ill on the 25 August 2016, my uncle has problem on their heart.So, we visit over there.We book the appointment of the Dr. Sharma over there and at reception I ask were is I can meet the Dr. Sharma, So rather then giving me proper answer they give me a wrong answer and waste my time.They tell me that you can find Dr.Sharma at office 210 room of the 3 rd Floor but the Dr .Sharma office were at room 115 in 1st floor so, they waste my time thats the staff attitude were not good at all.Second thing I want to tell you is about the charges that they were charging to much rupees for meeting with doctors or you do operation over there for one visit they charge 1000 rupees . That amont is quite high .So, Rather than going over here you should visit to Sterling hospital over there.
