I am a working woman from IT background who had been trying to lose weight while maintaining a busy schedule for quite some time. Quinoa and seeds mix: It has a balanced mix of good protein and good fat which makes snacking time healthier.
Roasted trail mix: It has 50% less fat than our traditional fried snacks. And most importantly, it is really tasty.
For a foodie like me, it is very important that my food tastes good. And thankfully, Truweight products are tasty enough, otherwise I wouldn’t have made it this far;)

The superfoods have not only helped me in losing weight but have also improved my eating habits. And my dietitian Ms. Priya has always been tracking up my diet, which kept me motivated throughout. I have already lost 5 kilos of my 12 kilo target.
My final take:
See, I know how it is to be overweight and how it feels to try and try but not achieving results. I have been there and done that. And for Truweight’s superfoods, I’d say, these are natural and nutritionally acclaimed foods. Superfoods won’t just help you in losing weight but also make you healthier. When you have tried many unhealthier ways, trying out a healthier one shouldn’t be an issue at all. I’d say, there is no problem to try it once.
