I have visited this hotel before many times while I am on my way for shopping to T Nagar or Malls are Anna Salai because the hotel is on the way at Little mount(Between South Chennai and East Chennai). The Hotel is pretty big with 2 floor and can accommodate over about 30 to 40 families I guess.
The Food there was good before and good even today. But in the past the Service there was good but now it is nothing more than discrimination. I will definitely report about this hotel for harassing me.
Pros -
1) The Food there is really good and Tasty. Visitable for this.
2) the Ambiance of the Hotel is Good too. Full AC. The First Floor seating is really good.
3) The Hotel is Enough Parking space for both cars and bike. Can Accommodate about over 20 cars.
Cons -
1) WORST SERVICE.
Firstly, they did not even notice us for over 5 minutes after giving us a table to seat.
Then, I asked for water bottle and even after 3 requests, they did not provide the water to us. But an another hot couple just found a table right next to us and they wer given Water bottle with just a single request.!
The Serving of Food took over 25 minutes. But an another family who came after us, finished the food and walked off.!
The Serving idiots wer even asking the other families like "Sir, how is the food!" for just rice. But they did even serve us the food properly.!
Finally, No after food eatables like beeda were given to us. But all other customers got it. What do these hotel rats think! We are having food here for Free. Bunch of garbage.
This is utter harassment. They will face the consequences.
2) The price of food has gone too high here. Almost double the price.
3) window side seating is not good for Lunch. Full of sun.
4) Irresponsible and Rude Staff including the Manager.
Verdict - This hotel is Discriminating some of the families but ==only take very good care of Chicks. This thing is happening almost everywhere in Chennai now. And this hotel is one such Example.
I thought this hotel is one of the good ones but now these craps have lost my trust. I will never visit this Hotel ever again.
