Best Pizza is the best pizza I have had. Great flavours and crust, I really enjoyed this place, staff are really friendly. If you are in the neighbourhood check it out.

First time I ordered a pizza that was taste great but I found a hair in it . that was nasty after all the food taste good and presentation is also good but some times it take more than hour to order a pizza .the atmosphere of there I dont like it

customer service is worst they take so much time to prepare pizza and nature of their employees are very bad .i dont wanna go their again

and I prefer you guys to not to go their

their pizza s are costly too

Pizza hut, Indore is a dine in restaurant with worst services. If you have any voucher or offer card and you will present it there, they will directly deny saying that this offer is not valid at our outlet. The staff is also very irresponsible and service is so slow. They themselves change your order without even notifying you and giving excuses that the order you gave is unavailable. Totally unprofessional behaviour. You cannot make card payment there as their servers are always down. The ambience and decoration of the restaurant is also not so good and no hygiene is maintained. The food served is also not so attractive and is not of standard of amount paid.

Last night I went to pizz hut and we ordered a meal than they say meal available but in the meal. Personal pizza not available the take a medium after discussiin we ordered another medium.pizza than they say jalepano not in your pizza than we demand extraa toping against not jalepno than they say we only deduct without charges but not setoff toping after we ordered pizza than they took long time around 45 min after when we paid for that through voucher than they argue we want physical voucher than I say these voucher write also applicable evoucher they not accept after forcefully we say put the voucher than they put after accepted. I don't like their hospiltality and very bad servics

I like Pizza Hut mainly because of the service level and good seating arrangements available inside it.

The place has got nice chairs along with all the cutleries which will be required.

I am a great fan of the Pizza Huts Weekday meal, at a very low cost you get a small pizza, 1 drink and 2 pieces of garlic bread.

The cheese garlic bread of pizza hut is very tasty as well.

If you are planning for a party and that too pizza party than I think Pizza Hut will be the best place to look for because of the space.

The staff and the ambience is also very nice.

Compared to anywhere in the world, pizza in india is costliest, when compared to what you pay and what you get. recently I was appalled after visiting the city centre kolkata pizza hut branch. we did not have pizza even if we could afford it. we calculated that a 3 person meal would cost 4000/- which was just ridiculous.

I was suitably angry and I decided that some investigation was required so to stop them from duping customers in the futures.

through reliable sources I have been able to obtain the following information and am presenting it to you as is

1. pizza hut pizzas cost on the average 50-100/- to make.

   
   




2. no stale food products are discarded. everything is used. and a lot of food spoils regularly as most people do not buy pizza regularly.

   
   




3. pizza hut employees regularly spit and urinate on pizza bread as they are some of the most poorly mannered individuals around.

   
   




4. no dough is discarded either. so if it goes stale, its over spiced and presented as fresh.

   
   

it would be an Epic if I had to write all of the things I found out. so I am going to skip.

JUST AVOID PIZZAHUT, DOMINOS and ANY MNC PIZZA in India. Go for local stores who sell at much more reasonable prices.

As we know pizza hut very much famous for pizza I like pizza hut pizza very much which they provide variety of flavor make watering in my mouth.

AndI guess its very healthy and testy also  and its valued for money also .and they serve very soon after ordering .the way of servicing also one of the best part there place.

And they will deliver at the right time no delay and its full worthy for money also what we will give for them

If you are  rich enough to waste your money  please visit  the Pizza hut OUT LET of  Vijayanagar,  the  online  booking is always  out of order, if  we call  the vijayanagar  branch, the   minimum delivery  timings is  more than one hour, even though  they  are promising  30 minutes delivery  .

On 04.10.2014 we  have ordered for a  Pizza pack of  4  with  different toppings,  but  they brought   pizzas  which  had same kind(onion)of  topping instead  of different topping. When  we  asked for a different  topping  for  all 4 pizzas  they did't  bother to exchange  or  return the money, the entire amount  of  Rs 215/=  went to  drains .THE  STAFF  WERE ARGUING  STATING THAT  THEY WERE  RIGHT  ON THEIR PART .

NEVER ORDER FOR ANY PIZZA FROM  PIZZA HUT  ESPECIALLY  FROM  VIJAYANAGAR  OUTLET .

Very poor customer service.

1. The first customer touch point- their website is lousy (I could not find worse word). It takes looong time to load, then will always say that at given address, there is no store available, so change the address BUT same result. All in all, can't order online unless you are staying at place like nariman point.

   
   




2. Their phone calling service will waste your time money for initial 2 minutes, telling you that there is online order facility (which doesn't work). Then the person attending the call will repeat all your information already with them (irritating).

   
   




3. The pizzas delivered may not be in good condition. I ordered one Magic Pan set when I was in Indore- one pizza was upside down in the box, all toppings was stuck to the paper and it was not looking fresh.

   
   

Truly, very bad service and product delivery.
