Hello everyone.Here I am going to tell you about the Pizza hut Kharabela Nagar Bhubaneswar.

I along with my fiends went to this restaurant 3 days back and what we were experiencing at that place is disgusting.We ordered pizza and the total bill was 850/- approximately which is too high.The order reached us so late and that was the annoying thing happened.There were less customers so that we thought that the order should reach early but we had to wait a lot.

The food was not so tasty and we had left 1 slice of pizza also.We cam back from that place with disgrace. I hope you like this review and thank you for reading.

Hi friends I am live in Bhubaneswar. Pizza hut food very good and yummi pizza so testy. Pizza reception staff is very regarding the customers .customer service nice staff is very good . Fizza very tasty .his hotel pizza home delivery currant . I have go to pizza hut. And ordar very confursed. Receptionist come to me and say own pizza sir . I said yes please .own pizza ordar and eating pizza. Omg thise is amazing test .I like thise.i ordar own more pizza.wetar give my bill . Bill so cum I shocked nice pizza and bill very low costing

In Bhubaneswar, the capital city of state Orissa, there are three outlets of Pizza Hut, but I am delighted to write this review on Pizza Hut restaurant that is located in Kharavel Nagar, on the ground floor of Big Bazzar. I have taken pizza here many times in last five to six years and my daughter loves to eat here. The varieties of pizzas and other food items are in good number.

It offers vegetarian pizza, chicken pizza in three different sizes. I always prefer the family size chicken pizza that comes around Rupees 400. Then I never forget to take two portions of garlic cheese bread. Along with it, a tropical chicken salad makes the dinner more amazing. My daughter and spouse also take soft drinks and hot chocolate. Sometimes, we carry parcels home too. On an average with this menu, it comes out around Rupees 1700 which is quite affordable for me. Whenever we visit there, the restaurant is almost full since the demand is very high. Sometimes even we need to wait for 15 to 20 minutes which I do not mind absolutely. The most amazing aspect of it is the fantastic service on table.

Pizza is served in maximum 15 minutes. For my standard menu elaborated above, it takes 45 minutes to 1 hour for the dining to be completed. While going out of the restaurant, we never forget to ring the bell that is hanging just on the entrance and that is a symbol of satisfaction. I love it and so my family too.

Previously Before opening of Doominos at Bhubaneswar I was a regular visitor to Pizza hut kharvel Nagar, but now days I have stopped visiting them, because there way of service, very delay to prepare the food ordered, They have minimized the free space by adding more number of chair, so for a large group of 6-8, it would be very difficult to sit together, the service person who receive the order does not help to choose the menu if you are having in doubt what should you order, also they wont guide about your better menu plan with discounted price, they just want to push sell for extra garnishing, extra cheese, they just want to take extra money from your pocket instead of satisfying your purpose of visit to there.

Their food preparation never come with in 30 minutes in side the Restaurant. Also they do not attain after taking your order for any kind of help you might required.

SO I hate this food counter only because of the staff behaviour.

Never visiting this food counter any more because I am getting better taste PIZZA and well behaviour from Dominos pizza counter.

While opening of this Pizza counter, the employees were smart and serving with good behavior and following the proper time management, but now days they have become irresponsible and have reduced their service standard, so I am not liking to visit this place any more, as when ever you order any Pizza, it took more than 30 minutes to serve you inside the store, where as they are promising to deliver at your door step with in 30 minutes, also they do not take personal attention to any customer, and do not ask for your second help or any other things.

I fill like this is a self service place. They do not bother to help you to decide the menu, previously staff was friendly and was serving with good manner. So now days I have stopped and I like Dominos nearer to their store to have my pizza.
