Hopeless Customer Service and Irritating Staff

I visited the pantaloon showroom with my family on may 17 2023


The manager of the showroom and the staff was so irritating by passing comments on customers and laughing it made me very angry.


I am working as a showroom manager for a large concept showroom I haven’t experienced such hopeless Customer Servive


I would like the management team to take action


As this will defiantly screw the image of a brand


Every brand spends a lot on marketing, offers


But at the same time if staff is not well trained it’s going to hit back very back.


Same day I visit Trends and I shop around 10 K


It’s better they change the staff and take strict action on the Manager and the staff


As I will never ever visit the showroom today
