Pafex Courier

One of the pathetic courier service I have ever come across.

One of my relative has sent me courier through this for the second time but it was same pathetic experience.

For the first time, some of my things were stolen, which means they opened my box, took things out packed it again and then delivered it late to me.

This time, it was homemade things being couriered and it is still not received by me yet. It is being 6th day today and I am waiting for the same. Every time you call their office they have new excuse. Their staff do not have any sense to talk to customer. Either they will hang the phone before listening completely or they give you different numbers to call. Given a choice to give ZERO to their service, I would have given them. It was homemade food items, they must have been clearly something which I need to throw. I had made payment but they are not ready to compensate even.

I have never seen unprofessional behaviour like staff of this courier service give. Its been a week I have not received my courier, no tracking nothing but just lame and stupid excuses always.

they have time to misplace your parcel, take things out of them but they can not deliver it on time and with full responsibility.

Dear Friends, Myself Amit Mathur! Today I am sharing my views based on the experience I have with Pafex Courier. Being a renowned name obviously anyone can be connected with them, by so I get in touch with them for delivery of one of my parcel from Noida to Alwar one month Back .

Promising to Deliver this Day after Tomorrow. On behalf of their promise I assured my Mom to be there at home for receiving, the parcel delivered after 2.5 days instead of 1 day later. Online track shows no record, no proper response by Customer care. What a person can do in such situation. except take tension or abuses.

This is my experience what I shared here with you all.

Trying to track shipment Fedex bill shows GCN number - customized-services. Fedex.com  does show information about shipment- while I called Bangalore office they said shipment is at Ambala..I am not sure how the servers work for help-desk people & not for public access?

I was told that still IT-servers integration is going ON...amazing answer Fedex took over prakashAirFrieght -PAFEX during 2007 still integration is not over...while I spoke to Bangalore-help-desk lady- I asked the question when website will be available to track...

She said you the info. about where about your consignment it will take 4-5 days to reach..that is good enough of info....not to ask about IT servers it is different department...

I purchased a item in ebay and I got a email from the seller the item was purchased. The email mentioned that the item will be delivered by Pafex courier.

I was waiting for some days but the item was not delivered. They given the website to track the item( https://pafex.com/track.asp) . It was not working, I tried many times and one day it worked. I put the item number to track, and the status was the item was in chennai at their courier location.

I called them and esquire about my item, After some time somebody picked the phone( I am very surprised). The customer help desk( don't think they have any separate help desk, it is somebody working at the courier and sometimes they pick a phone.).

before you select this courier, just check this website is working . try many times . for me if I try 100 times in a different interval it worked one time . then you select this courier.

I purchased a item for Rs. 265, they still didn't deliver. After that I didn't try to call them .

I am writing this not to get my item back .

If somebody is going to use this courier to send the valuable item, be careful.

I have been recieving most of my couriers frm bombay to goa thru pafex and I must say I am mighty impressed so far, each of my goods have been delivered the next working day itself plus the online tracking system also is almost accurate,

My  only issue so far is they objected to ship earphones frm goa to bombay but they accept it frm bombay to goa no idea why.

Would certainly like to use pafex whenev permitted

I had a very very horrible experience with Pafex, my consignment worth thousands were delivered in a very pathetic condition. Some of them were damaged to the extent that we had to directly dump them in the trash bin. They dont care about Customers, they are simply irresponsible and service is the poorest. They do not respond at all for phone or e-mails.

When you visit them they will tell ask you to send mails to who and who of pafex. But you will not be getting any replies from them. Going through them is waste of money and moreover you will be loosing your peace of mind. I will not recommend anyone to go for Pafex.

Got a Doc shipped from Bank . PAFEX picked it up on 21 OCT 2010. There site shows Arrived at PAFEX facility in Bangalore on 23 OCT 2010. Today in 29 OCT 10 and its late evening. Even after 9 days and probably 8 - 10 calls to their customer care no 60604639, the courier seems to be still resting in storage facility somewhere.

Customer care is encouraging. Told me a few tragic stories about how the delivery boy met with an accident and so was not able to deliver it. But this keeps on changing everyday. Later they told it was because of HDFC bank. Strange !

A docket booked on 23rd is still now not delivered and they are clueless on the same as of 26th evening on a saturday. In spite of calling them several time, they are not responding to the queries and does not have any intention to sort it out. I have had poor experience from them in the past as well. All the customer service number available for bangalore do not work and their site does not have an updated number as well.

This service truly sucks..all the way

Pafex is spoiling the image of FedEx as a reliable courier company. We gave our contract to Pafex considering it as a subsidy of FedEx. We send almost 500 couriers within India in a month and ever since we have relied on Pafex, our couriers have been delayed and we have suffered heavy losses due to the delayed deliveries.

We are very disappointed with the services of PAFEX and regretting our decision of doing business with your company. Moreover, the employee at Jaipur office says, "our services are and will be like this only, we are not responsible, you can cancel the contract”.

We are moving back to First flight, even if we have to pay a little more, at least the courier will reach its destination.

With reference to the 30 sept 2008 rude courier complaint, this time they improved the "service" by tearing off the delivery note so I could not make out the delivery company's name and threw the september 2008 issue with a delivery # 515813 on the envelope on the driveway and went away.

This just shows up their indifference and guilt complex. They did not even have the decency to apologize despite the complaint being forwarded to the local pafex office.The subscription # is BI 019628267Q06101C.

You have been sending the issues through some uncivilized rude courier company-palex? - I could not get the name because after I signed the receipt stating that I was a family member

have received the issue. I did not want to give him my phone number as these lists are being sold unscrupulously.

The extremely rude delivery boy grabbed the issue from my hand and took it back.

I guess this subscription should be through your asia office?The unsavoury incident reeks of rudeness- firstly ringing the bell to deliver some journal not meaningful to any other member of the family at an odd hour.

In addition create a bad image(since I donot remember which courier agency it is- the bad name will rub off to your reputed journal.

Kindly discontinue your journals as I have no wish to have a fight with some crass courier company's crass delivery boys and spoil my day and mood.

I used this service to send a courier to my sisters college- at Vellore Institute of Technology  from Bangalore. I was carried away with the association of 'FEDEX' with their service and trusted the name. I am so disgusted at the moment with the nature of service, arrogance of the customer 'care' guys, the staff.

Apart from delay in delivery, what hits to the most is the frustration of not being able to locate where your consignment is. Their website is another horrible experience showing the wrong status and phone numbers which do not exist. And finally when someone does receive your call, you are subjected to ignorance of the staff and total apathy /lack of concern for a consignment which is their responsibility. FEDEX must seriously be out of their mind to associate with such a horrible courier service.

Never ever go for this courier service unless you are prepared for anxious days and be at the receiving end of thorough unprofessionalism.

All readers, pls be aware of the fraudents of this company.  Pls be careful. They dont even have special team for home loans. They dont have people to visit to your home/office to collect evidences required for approval of loan. You have to take pains to reach their office. They behave as govt. officials in their office.  They cut your phone calls when you try to contact them.

They are polite until you provide them the processing fees. Once the processing & franking fees is in their pockets they start behaving as govt. officials. Pls never fall in their trap.  Most of them are on contract & are not direct employees of Reliance.

It was the brand name of Reliance which had attracted me to go for this companys home loan, but I had not expected such a bad experience. Never ever think of taking home loan from here, until Reliance wakes up & gather better team.

It would have been great if HDFC bank could have hired some pigeons to deliver their documents to its customers, but not Pafex courier! I am expecting a very important document since September 26, 2007 (today it's November 5, 2007 - 40 days have gone!) that HDFC sent from Mumbai to my address in Bangalore. Thanks to Pafex that I am clueless about what is happening.

Here is the whole story:

(i) September 26 - HDFC tells me by SMS that they have sent me a document (IPIN) by Pafex, AWB Number: 610625783. I regularly check the status on Pafex site https://pafex.com/tracking.html. It mentions the status at "TRANSIT".

(ii) October 09 - I call HDFC. They tell me that the document was sent back to Mumbai by Pafex! HDFC asks me to register again for IPIN. I do that. HDCF sends the document to Bangalore again through Pafex, AWB number 235639835, date October 11.

(iii) October 18 - I receive a call from a lady from Pafex. She tells me that there is some document for me from HDFC and asks for a landmark near my place of stay so that it is convenient for them to deliver. I provide her the required information.

(iv) October 20 - I call Pafex. But they tell that their "HDFC Department" is close, being a weekend. So asks me to call on Monday, October 22.

(v) October 22 - Pafex delivers me the document. BUT this is the document with AWB 610625783 (sent on September 26), which earliar was told to be sent back to Mumbai. Moreover, this document is outdated because another document is sent by the bank following this one. I get confused. I check Pafex site for the document sent by AWB number 235639835 and they say that this document was sent back to Mumbai on October 18 because "there was no response from you". Moreover the person attending the call is very impolite and simply doesn't want to talk.

(v) October 22 - The same day I call HDFC  and tell them the whole story. They suggest that the only way is to request for the IPIN again! I have no option. I request for the IPIN again. They send it on October 23. I am told that the AWB number is 235639835 (same as the one sent on October 11).

(vi) October 31 - The same story as October 18: I receive a call from a lady from Pafex. She asks me for a landmark near my place of stay. I provide her the required information. In the evening I call Pafex. This time some man picks the phone and tells that the document is delivered next day after asking for the landmark. But tomorrow (November 1) is holiday. So be assured to receive the document by November 2, which turns out to be false!

(vii) November 05 - I call HDFC and learn that the document is sent back to Mumbai! I am shocked! I check Pafex website  and the response is "No Data for Present Awbno". I call HDFC and they suggest that I should request for IPIN again. I have done it! This time the lady in the customer support of HDFC told me that they will send me the document by Blue Dart, and not Pafex.

I don't know what is going to be the situation next time. I guess Pafex guys are too lazy to deliver. Their office is in Indiranagar at Bangalore and I stay at Mysore road which is the other side of the town. Is it my fault to stay away from their office? Idea of putting my point in mouthshut came to my mind today and it was shocking to know that other two reviewers till now also have similar experiences.

Giving below transcript of the complaint that I tries to post at their

website, but their website https://pafex.com also sucks. Whenever you try

to send mail to them using the contact form, it will show ’’cannot find

server’’:

Hello, I am Prashanth Nair from Palakkad. I am an

account holder of ICICI Bank and they are sending all the mail( cheque

books, Debit cards) using your courier service. 3-4 months ago, your

agent located here at Palakkad( Kerala) returned a cover containing a

cheque book, siting the reason that address is not complete, but my

address is very clearly written on that cover. I called up your agent

here in Palakkad( 0491 2570748) and got his doubts cleared. But again

on Oct 4th, your agent here returned a cover containing my ICIC debit

card addressed to me. I came to know this yesterday and when I called

today(to 0491 2570748) I got very unprofessional and arrogant reply.

Finally the man who attended the telephone also added that, he will

return all mails addressed to me in the future and will not deliver

here at my address. What is happening here? Are you running a courier

company or anything else.? this is very strange. First of all give

proper behavior training to all your franchises .

Prakash Air Freight Pvt.Ltd or pafex is some mumbai based courier service provider. Although I never used their services directly but its a nodal agency for UTI TSL for distrubuting PAN CARD. This company got my pan card on 14th sep for delivery( consignment no 610151006), and after 1 month I am still waiting for the consignment.

Mumbai office says(022-67530007, rajeswari) says that they have sent it to pune office. Pune office( some arrogant lady 020 32518555) returned back it to the mumbai office saying it was short address. fair enough. But when I checked with uti they confirmed that the address was complete.:O Now when I asked pafex mumbai office they don't know where exactly the consignment is? even courtesy of transferring phone to the concern person is absend in the mumbai office. in a nut shell never send a document or any stuff by pafex.
