My recent stay at an oyo hotel let me deeply dissatisfied and regretful of my decision to book with them. From the moment I check then, it was evident that oyo hotels will far shot of delivery in the comfortable and enjoyable experience they claim to offer.

Entering the room, made disappointment only groups of the cleanliness of the room was SAP power with dusty surface is in stains on the bedding. It wasn't that the housekeeping staff and not properly clean the room before my arrival. The lack of attention to cleanliness was the major let down and race concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the hotel.

Moreover common amenities promised on the hotels website were no way to be found. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable making difficult to connected.

In conclusion my experience with oyo hotels was nothing short of an nightmare. The disorganized chicken process, the lack of cleanliness absence of promise amenities poor customer service hotels are brand to void. There are numerous other hotel options are privatise customer satisfaction and Apollo high standards of hospitality.
