I ordered one dress material above 2600 from this brand which I didn't like and exchanged. The exchanged product was delivered after more than 3 weeks. And QUALITY IS WORST. With that much money, I would have bought nice clothes from any other shopping platform. And yeah the worst part is that when I returned the product for exchange then after a few weeks they called and blamed me saying some products were missing and that I had not returned the product, even though I had returned it. They are not at all convinced and asked me for proof by sending product handover pics while exchanging. It was my mistake that I didn't take any pics while handing it over. Returning the product was my responsibility, but I am not responsible for any delivery mishaps. I don't know how their delivery system works but I know that I have not cheated them. Odette, if you people want your business to shut down early then please keep on doing things like this. Your shipping, exchange, customer service, and delivery system is the worst of the worst. Hard-earned money is wasted on this brand.

So not happy with the brand’s irresponsible attitude.
I placed an order for about 20k rupees which included some semi and unstitched suit fabrics. All of them came well except for one which had a dupatta missing.
I raised the concern and the customer care individual said they missed the item and are sending in a separate courier. It took them more than 2 weeks to dispatch the item after following up with them regularly, and that too they dispatched wrong item.
An order placed a month ago is not complete till date.
It is annoying as it is highly unprofessional and I will think 10 times before ordering from this website again no matter how much discount is available.
I am extremely unhappy with the whole outcome.
Exchange service is bad. Delaying at exchange time. Not sharing delivery detaise so I can track. Do not going to buy next time.

I have ordered a saree which cost me 2500 , the quality of the product certainly does not match with the product shown and mention on site , I request everyone to be away from such fraud site , they have zero response and responsibility of returning and exchanging their product .these such online site should be ban.if I would have a option of giving minus zero , I would do that .

I had order a lehenga, and received something slightly different from what I expected and wanted to "Exchange" it as per their policy stated.
I've been on constant contact with their customer service since 1 month now, and they only respond to me, after atleast 5 days of receiving my message. Here below, sharing my conversation with you guys for reference.
Zero professionalism or sense of responsibility.

I ordered a saree for my wife. Saree in image and the one they sent are different. Not only the colour is different, the stitching is very ordinary. Total waste of money.
Absolutely fraud.they have given a piece of cloth not worth the of my money.now they r not responding to calls and whatsup.
I wish I could give them something below one star. I ordered a yellow georgette net lehenga, and they gave me a badly put together shoddy net fabric, with sequins haphazardly stuck on it. If I wanted to buy what they delivered, I could've very easily gone to the local fabric store that sells that cheap cloth for Rs 50/m. Now, they've not been replying to my whatsapp messages. Their only number listed as a customer care number, says its out of coverage area, their email is wrongly mentioned on their website. No email can be sent to the email address listed by them, and moreover, there is absolutely no way to reach them. Im lodging a complaint with the consumer commission. That'll make them pay.
All I want to say that this is a scam. I lost 10k and no one is responding the product delivered is so cheap. They need F.I.R against them. Bloody fraudulents.
All I want to say is that They are just bxxxxxxx(whose mother is a wxxxx )and frauds. I ordered a good product from this site, they deliver me a shittiest product. They are not responding now. No worries, take my money and with that money buy some clothes for your wxxxx mom.

Worst experience ever. I Ordered a lehenga from them which took a lifetime to come to me, the quality was poor hence I wanted to return , they refused stating return is not allowed hence they gave me a credit note , I purchased another product and that was broken when it came to me so after much arguments and debates they finally agreed to return
And now they are not refunding my amount and nor are they willing to chat
They are just not there , completely vanished. I want to give them minus rating
I had a very bad experience with this brand. They show something and deliver something. Ordered silk fabric saree and they delivered polyster fabric. Complete fraud brand.
I ordered a dress from them through NYKAA. At the beginning I got a delayed delivery and worst than that the dress that they gave me was neither stitched nor completed. It was like a piece of cloth just put together in a packet and delivered at my doorstep. Anyways, I hated the product and now want to return it. I already placed for a return pick-up and its been one week and I am still waiting for someone to come and take thing thing away from me and it still hasn't been completed. Worst than that these guys at NYKAA have sent me an SMS that I requested a delay in pick up when I haven't requested anything like that. My chances of shopping with NYKAA have been the worst shopping experience ever and thanks to this brand and their delivery service.
This is the 3rd product I have ordered from Odette and every time their delivery service has been pathetic. Once the order is placed there is no update on the status of the same. When following up with their customer care(which is just a WA no) the response is absolutely lousy and slow. They dont bother about customer service at all. Even though they seem to have good collection, their delivery and customer service makes the whole experience pathetic and disappointing and one loses interest in the product ordered by the time it reaches you. Should never do prepaid payments with them.
@Odette management please improve your customer service else you will never have any repeat customers.
I got my order on time, good customer support. Beautiful products. Their collection are amazing good platform.
