Nila Palace, Cheerankavu, Kollam

On the occasion of wedding me and my friend's family book Nila palace for one Night . From outer look and 3 star rating hotel we were expecting Good services .but it was average place .

rooms provided to us was Not So Much spacious . The bedsheets were very dirty on my complaint they change it but it took 30 minutes.

Guests services are just ok . land line phones in rooms were not working properly. You have to run through stairs for a little query .

We took a Family snap during dinner but food was very hard to chew specially bread was very hard .

This place looks Beautiful .No doubt but they have to respond Customers properly . Otherwise nobody will come here .

3500 for a Room / night is lil bit expensive as their services are not so good. So I recommend you to Go for another place . if we spending so much money
