New Bharath Tyres

My experience with "New Bharath Tyres" is terrible. I purchased two tyres for my car from this shop in October 2020, and I paid the amount for two tyres+ wheel alignment. Due to my busy schedule, I could not finish the wheel alignment on the same day, the sales executive present on that day promised me that I could come another day to complete the wheel alignment.

I could go to the same shop for doing the wheel alignment only after a month, but this time none of the old executives were present there. The new executives refused to do the wheel alignment of my car saying that I had to come there within a month after purchasing new tyers, They behaved rudely to me, even though I had paid for the wheel alignment.

Neither the old executives nor the invoice has mentioned anything about this one month expiry period. To record my protest against this daylight cheating, I report this incident in a public forum.
