So much of problem faced by bed bugs Later I called NAVIGTOR PEST CONTOL seeking their opinion and advice. Rather than trying to sell me on their services, the staff person i spoke with assured me that i had nothing to worry about-given the time that has passed since the original exposure. He was knowledgeable and confident, explaining in detail how and when bed bugs seek humans. Also there treatment was so effective there after I never found a single bedbug. I Really appreciate Navigator. Pest control they are honest and are truly there to help!!

I have done cockroach and ant treatment which did not have any effect. Instead after the cockroach treatment there were suddenly bed bugs in the house, and we have never had bed bugs for 15 years. They came a second time for cockroach treatment which was again useless since there were ants and cockroaches after just 3 weeks again. Got bed bug treatment done by them, despite of which we again have bed bugs all over the house. Now we are getting it done by another service provider. Instead of solving the problem, these guys have caused much bigger issues and was a big mistake approaching them.

We had a big problem with this Bedbugs started in bed room initially and tried cleaning manually and took chemicals from stores and tried a lot of spray for bed but nothing worked out later it reached to sofas in hall. saw adds on trees as pest control for bedbugs and called those street side guys who came and applied spray charged us Rs. 2, 200/- and spoiled entire residence by a bad spray which was having very bad smell, smell was their for a week I and my mom suffered a lot due to those smell. very first week after that again we started seeing bugs called those fellows again to complaint, they spoken in a very rude way n said no gaurantee for service if it gone its gone otherwise no charges we paid for chemicals, treating again we should pay money again to them. I was totally frustrated and got disappointed with these road side advertisers.

Finally my friend referred me about Navigator Pest Control as they doing Pest control to my office also. then I checked their contact details and contacted them they first discussed about present level of problem of bedbugs asking details of marks on beds and walls, Technically they know well about bugs and explained me about basic precautions against bedbugs and told the procedures of service it was very educative biological interesting facts and booked for service and their guy came and did a hard job of 2 hrs it was a very professional treatment spray was minimum area and they conducted fumigation. Told to stay away for a night, told no need to wash clothes, bed sheets and washing utensils and food in kitchen are safe to consume. there is no need risk of cleaning residence only we should stay away for a night. they gave warranty certificate of One year and Contract Agreement of ONE year I felt these guys are real professionals.

Now its almost a 2 years till now we have not noticed any instance of Bedbugs. I am very much happy with Navigator service. there professional disciplines impressed me a lot to write a review. Also noticed this is the only Pest control who got more votes or ratings on mouthshut around 84, good service done their warranty on Hard Copy of one year warranty Certificate impressed me a lot and their guys are well experienced.

Horrible attitude towards customers. After the first service, there was no invoice sent and it was told that the invoice would be given with the second service. Isn’t this unethical in the first place? But I did cooperate as I had taken their service earlier 2 years back and I was satisfied. When the second service was due, then I just requested for a a slot change if possible. And the main person in charge spoke really rudely to me in this regards and then gave orders to cancel all the services for me. We were waiting for this service since a week as we had to do house shifting, and now suddenly the services are cancelled . Is this the attitude of a company which is rated so good to behave with customers? Only because a rating of 4.9 is given, you all have got all rights to behave the way you want with customers? You should always remember that, we are the same customers who give you good ratings, and this is not the way you treat customers. The person also tells me- "Do whatever is possible from your end".Really? There was nothing below 1 star, and hence had to give this rating.You might have excellent technology to eradicate pests, but pathetic customer spokesperson. Please remove the person with the mobile number - 9900028829(Might be he heads the Navigator Pest Control, If yes, then nothing can be done)

Navigator pest control service : - I wanna share my persnol exprience about this lest control service its a good pest service in hotels and resorts and all types restaurent we are use this pest control its a very famous to control pest fastly and safely its its provide one boy for all time in my hotel and he is all of days pest control in garden , rooms, restaurent, pool side etc . Its control pest very fastly its pest boy know that how to control pest and its make hotel very hygine .i am fully happy with this pest control .

Extremely best service company . We got complete relief from Bedbugs. Which was unsolved by 2 other agencies. Earlier I tried with South India Pest Control and lost 2200/- Rs. and even terrible works of getting up cleaned. But finally choosing these guys, they sprayed minimum areas, I can say it was a tidy clean professional treatment. They charged Rs. 6000/- for two services and gave a one year warranty and AMC Contract. My suggestion is don't loose the money on investing on low cost service agencies. Go with these wright guys for Bedbug issues

They did a excellent job, It was a bed bugs issue in my 1 BHK home so I needed help of this people to solve it. The cost which I paid for this was Rs.3, 500. Issue was solved within 7 hours. They gave a chemical treatment for solving this & also provided 1 year warranty. im fully Satisfied and now their is no single bugs in our home. Really they are matchless to compare with others. We need to leave the residence for one overnight and we can come back by morning after 7 am, no cleaning washing is required, they explained about all precautionary methods very well. Really they are the wright professionals and trustful company as documentations of guarantees.

Very effective treatment for Bed bugs. They really done the excellent Bed bug service job. I felt these guys are polite and trust worth. They explained about the service job procedures well none of the other companies done that, other are only focusing on charges. Advantage of getting these guys treatment are so much because we need not to wash or rearrange items in our home after the treatment. Previously I took service with 7 different pest control companies, they spoiled our home by spraying every where. but no control on bugs but Navigator sprayed differently only at the infested areas and gave us one year guarantee certificate, these guys are real professionals and from past 8 months I din`t find one single bedbugs in my home and there systematic service procedures are really appreciable and these guys are so trustful and I highly recommend this company. Ours is a 3BHK flat we took 2 round of services they charged Rs. 3500/- for each services. Totally it was Rs. 7000/-. We are residing in Shashikiran Apartment, Malleshwaram. from past 13 Yrs. We had a very terrible experience with these Bed Bugs we spent a sleepless night for almost 6-7 months, First I called ISS Hi-Care for treatment they did 3 rounds of Treatment in a gap of 15 days and charged in advance of Rs. 6500/-( as a package for 3 Rounds for 3BHK Flat) gave a warranty of 45 days. Only in other 2 weeks we started again bed bugs activity I was totally disappointed by loosing money and worst spray conducted by ISS they made our residence completely wet and garbage.

Finally my colleague referred me this Navigator Pest control and I reviled all my history with this guys about my previous experience. They explained me about their service procedures and they give one year guarantee in the form of Certificate with AMC Contract and we need to get 2 rounds of Treatments, but we need not to pay in advance for 2 rounds, they will charge against individual service done and after completing 2nd Round of Treatment with in 30 days of 1st round they will give Guarantee certificate.

Finally I booked an treatment in the month of Sep 2015, They came and did really a different job not like ISS, it was a minimum spray and made some air tightness by sealing all windows and air gaps and did gas treatment and we were pre-informed to leave residence for one night immediately after completing treatment. They took Rs. 3000/- for first service they gave a document for single treatment and I booked 2nd round after 23 days and same gas treatment was repeated they charged Rs. 2, 500/- for second service round They gave AMC Contract agreement of one year and Warranty Certificate had a validity on ONE Year. after this 2 service we are very happy, not seen one single bug till now. My wife is very grateful to Navigator service team. Even its good see this trust full warranty documentations. I really appreciate these guys done a great job.

Only problem is to leave residence for whole night for both 2 rounds of treatment, but after treatment it good need to wash clothes, No hassles of cleaning arrangements nothing cleaning is required other than mobbing the floors.

I strictly recommend this guys for Bedbug removal and Best in class of service. we should complete 2nd round of treatment within 30 days of 1st treatment to get guarantee.

I had a very bad experience with the service provided by navigator pest control and their employees.

They do not provide any sort of guarantee for their service even though they charge hefty amount for it.

They cite some stupid reasons and make silly excuses for providing service. I don't think they have what it takes to satisfy a customer

I had booked a bed bug treatment in navigator. The technician visited our place at 6 pm and he said he will not provide bed bug treatment due to many windows in our home . He said he will not provide warranty even for 6 months but the Navigator policy says they will provide ONE Year water th after second treatment.Firstly the technician was not in a mood to work so he said silly reasons to their management to deny the work .We convinced him saying that last year, other pest control company did same AIR TIGHT treatment.

For their service we waited 15 days and finally they rejected the service .

Firstly don't believe the technicians entirely .

We were harassed by BBs and these nasty parasite sucked the joy out of our life. I chanced upon reading a review over here on'Mouthshut'.

I had used PCI before I came to Navigator but, to no avail. don't waste your money on other pest control agencies.

I would blindly recommend Navigator to anyone and their GM Mr. Bhanu Prakash is one of the most professional, understanding and customer focused gentleman I have come across. Its never money for them its how they can help u the best.Cheers to more homes getting cleant of these parasites.My best wishes for Navigator.

Hi I took Bed bugs treatment from Navigator Pest control and very satisfied with the timely service. I don't have any bed bugs problem at home now. They have given a guarantee certificate, very professional. I have not seen any other pest control giving printed, stamped neat guarantee certificate. I had also referred them to my sister and she is also very satisfied.

I had bed bugs infested in my home. Called gorej hicare pest control. He is a fraud. He ch  arged rs4000. It couldn't kill a single bed bug. They turned my home upside down in name of beg bug treatment. When I called them to tell that I found beg bugs after the treatment, they gave around 10 other phone numbers to contact, nobody answer the call, I finally gave up.

I was worried becoz I had 2 day old baby in my home with rashes all over, then I finally found navigator.Called mr Bhanuprakash and he explained clearly abt bed bugs and also gave 100% guarantee. The treatment procedure was very simple. His team was very professional.

It wAs not compulsory to take  2 treatments. All the bugs were gone at the 1st treatment itself. I referred my relative to take navigator service for their bed bugs, they were also very satisfied.

It's been a year now and I am free from beg bug.Thanks to navigator, they are the best for bed bug, call them, and the bed bugs are gone from ur life.Thanks navigator
