This is a very disorganized medical facility. 2 ladies at the counter early in the AM cannot handle the slew of patients - those with or without appointments. Multiple staff hanging out that are semi-competent albeit a few. When the clinic knows an „X“ amount of tests need to be done, there is no system that alerts the department undertaking the test resulting in a stupendous amount of time being wasted, waiting.

Ms. Fatima is the only person who is in the know and in control (and should be promoted to be in charge of the entire operations!).

It’s astounding that in the age of technology, speed and agility is lacking.

Totally worst experience at NM medical lab took Covid RT pcr test yesterday at first when she (Smita shivgan) took the swab I feel nothing has been done. Anyhow when report came what I saw was very disappointing it was written " Inconclusive repeat after sometime" huh .. can you imagine it's like you are on weight machine it's shows try after 2 days .. very pathetic , very unprofessional, when I spoke to Anubhav Tiwari he told me that it's normal pay again and try again . Really .. they are reluctant to accept there mistake . Report should be positive or negative . It cant be like 50-50 situation

Please suggest me ways to take this matter further I won't spare them .

I had been to NM for a complete body check up. I must say that their service was the worst I have experienced so far. My tests started at 9 am and ended at 2:30 pm. There was a lot of waiting time between tests. Other diagnostic centers ensure that our time is not wasted.

Moreover, their consulting doctor does not even provide prescriptions based on the reports. At most other diagnostic centers like Seven Hills, Spectrum and Health Spring, the consulting doctor would prescribe medicines based on the reports. I will never recommend NM to anybody. Had a very bad experience.

I had heard of NM medical a lot. So last weekend, for my preventive health checkup, I went to them. No doubt they do good business, but business is what they do. The staff are rude and should be taught lessons on hospitality. I saw several staff talking rudely to the patients. The entire system was chaotic.

After billing, the patients were left on their own with nobody to guide them. Their online system sucks. I was told that the reports will be available online same day in the evening. As expected, they were not available online. Upon calling the center, they gave all lame excuse and hung up the call. I have never experienced this before with any other pathology(SRL or Lal). So, I went to collect my report next working day and consult a doctor. When I called them, they confirmed that the doctor would be available. But when I went there, they completely denied and no doctor was available. They wasted my day and I blasted them.

I pray to GOD to save others from this ordeal.
