Hello, here I am going to tell you something which may be helpful for you.

I have completed my graduation in the 2019 and I got my 6th semester result with an unsuccessful tag and on the very next day I applied for revaluation and got it done in 55th list when all admissions are closed. since than I regularly visit Mumbai University still I did not get my degree certificate.

now, whenever I go to university the staff said(hum kya kere humare haat m nhi h degree print krna) they give me date when to come when I go to them they just said nhi aaya h tera degree certificate. all my friends got theree masters degree recently and im still waiting for bachelors degree. no manner, no time management skill, no consistency, no responsiblity, they just want your money and time I swear I will never take admission for masters in this university.

well, do not take risk and get admission in some reputed and good university I belive apko samj aagaya hoga.
