Multisoft Solutions, Bangalore

My regular computer service provider was out of station and due to an emergency, I went to multisoft solutions. The person who attended told, he will check it by next morning and deliver it may be by afternoon. The ordeal started since then. I could collect my system after 7 days and 70 phone calls. They had to replace my SMPS. They started the work only on the third day.

First day they thought some motherboard problem and replaced some IC which costed me 400 bucks. The worst part is they called me to collect the system as it was 'ready'. When I went there it was far from ready.

Next day they called to say SMPS had to be replaced. They called in the evening asking me to collect it. When I went there it was not booting. Then they asked for motherboard CD. I had to run back home and get it. I almost begged them to get it done as it was an urgent requirement. THey gave some excuses thinking I am a novice in computers. I came back silently as my system was at their mercy. After two days I did get the system back but I cant forget the frustrations I had to go through.

I will never recommend this place 'multisoft solutions' , J P Nagar, 6th Phase, Opposite Inchara hotel. Bangalore to anyone.
