McDonald's, South Extension 2, Delhi NCR

This has happened so many times with me. After 24 hours long duty.. i got 45 minutes break.. i ordered from here and it's already more than 1 hour and the rider has yet not received the order. Now i am again going for a brain surgery for next 8 hours.. when i called the restaurant for a refund.. the staff is behaving so arrogantly.. also.. they have yet not given the order to the rider. Ridiculous!!!

So last Saturday I have visited mc Donald's with my family. As as per my veiw this is a good place for eating food and has a great standard environment. But I found some disadvantages there which are they were take a long time too ready my food. So at that time was just asking for extra sauce packet but they hadn't gave me so I feel to disappointed from this because we are paying lots of money too pay its many taxes so they should provide us some extra things. This I a costly place because they takes too many change for packing also. Please improve this

Hello guys.

I am residing at AIIMS since 2015. As south extension is pretty close to AIIMS, me and my friends were a regular customer at McDonald's south extension 2 outlet.

Till April 2017, everything was fine with the outlet. But after that most of the items that we ordered became unavailable and are not available till now.

Maharaja Mac, Filet-o-fish, Chocolate Brownie, Masala Grill veg and even all kinds of ice creams became unavailable. There was no cold coffee and no floats also. This was very disappointing as it was all we used to order. As of now. the condition has improved but not much. Filet-o-fish and masala grill veg was still not available. The service is very slow. They take a lot of time to register orders. This also happened at times that payment with debit card was not available and we had to go back to take cash out from the ATM. And after taking the order thay always take around 15-17 minutes to make the order ready.

The ambience is fine and the outlet has enough sitting space. But the service is not upto the mark and I cant say about the value for money because the things you are willing to pay money for are not available at the outlet.

At the end I would recommend to visit any other McDonald's outlet if you want to eat at McDonald's.

I visited this place last week and cause a deep dent in my heart as we ordered plain veg burger and it shows ₹79 on their menu so we ordered 5 and waiting for oreder to come

but I observed following things that : -

1) Food presentation was good and serving staff was ok

2) Ambience was issue and this outlet is not neat and clean and aircondition was not working properly as we feel shivering due to cold

3) Our order served 1 hrs late but its ok we managed but when come to billing counter they give us bill of ₹457 but when asked about extra ₹80 they said it was outlet rate and customer has to bear it but I said we are paying ₹79 including tax so what's the point of charging another ₹80 then all of sudden one of them came and started abusing

I have ordered few food items for MC Donald, BTM Layour, Bengaluru.

It was take away, I have visited this branch. Two food items where missing by the MC donalds for almost 200rs. I have only out about this, after reaching the home.

I reached to call MC Donald customer care. They didn't pick the call or return is made.

I have been sharing reviews and my good and bad experiences with all of my friends and loved ones over this wonderful platform of mouthshut app and .com.

Well, today, I am sharing a wonderful experience which I had when I visited McDonald's - South Extension 2 - Delhi NCR. Since, I am fond of burgers and fries, I do not think any other place than McDonald's will make me happy as much as I feel while visiting McDonald's.

I visited McDonald's - South Extension 2 - Delhi and I was with my friends, I always order any of their burgers(as I love all of them by McDonald's). Also, it has been too long since I have been visiting this wonderful place to keep your stomach busy in digesting and you enjoy with your tongue an awesome taste.

McDonald's gives you the taste which you want and this is a kind of place where you can take your children with you and let them eat, play and enjoy their childhood while learning something new. How to place any order and how to get used to of waiting too LOL:). Of course, cooking something good takes good time too. You have to wait if you want your burger to be awesome!

McDonald's was founded by Des Plaines in the year 1955. McDonald's is the world's largest chain of hamburger fast food restaurants, serving around 68 million customers daily in 119 countries across more than 36, 000 outlets. Well, I do not think any other food chain touches it other than Domino's(just a near by).

History is quite good where the taste is even better:). When ever you visit this place, you take a good experience with you and I am sure you do let the other know about the kind of taste and the serving you get over there. The staff is quite friendly so that all the children may feel comfortable while playing around. You have the option to have a Birthday party over there with the friends and family. Also, they do not burn a hole in your pocket in the name of organizing a small birthday party like others do.

At last, I would love to say that I love this place to visit again and again with all of my friends and family too. A good place to enjoy with anyone you want with:)

MacD was always my second option however sometime I use to go here for small changes. This place is quite good and had good experience where I can not complaint about them.

Good food quality and best part is they showed bit concern on quantity jn burger it seems. Anyway was able to fill the hungry tum.

Quality is average as usual according to my opinion, price too. Never felt worth in MacD outlets still ok kind satisfaction.

As usual tax was ok, service was good so never mind. The staffs were good and provided quick service.

Great ambience, neatlh maintained. Happy with the MacD, good carryon like this. All the best.

Suggestion come to Quality of the food was not that satisfactory but I can say average. Neither too good nor worst. It was FINe

I had a ice tea here and it was so sweet that even the sweet tooths would have begged for mercy. I could taste the ungrated sugar between my molars and the feeling was horrible. I could barely taste the tea and it was clearly a very spurious and weak tea that they had used.

The seating place itself though, was good. Very large and crowded. Well cooled and relatively clean. The view from the first floor is pretty pathetic at the moment because all you can see is the Delhi Metro excavation.

The staff were polite, the girl who served me had an innocent and polite sense of humour, which was refreshing. Credit to her for keeping her wits processing all the crowd that had plunged for the place.

The 13th loaf was the baker's margin of grace to cover for any shortage in weight when selling a dozen loafs – the practice is now extinct but for the dictionary. Meanwhile, onion slices have moved into the menu card, as part of vegetable salad, except at roadside dhabas.

Recently, I was shocked to order a filet of fish from MacDonalds at DLF Promenade Mall in Vasant Kunj, for what seemed like a tasteless, odourless dish, and was asked to pay extra for the mustard sauce! Imagine, a dish which had all the organoleptic qualities of a chewing gum, held in the mouth for over an hour, was passed off as Fish Filet! To add insult to injury, when I asked for mustard sauce to make it edible, the server at the counter asked me to buy it separately!

The all too eloquent undertone was, lost in the transition to become a global name in the fast-food business, is the grace of offering free adjuncts that make the product worthwhile. What was not lost in the transition to this internet age was the systemic rigidities that prevented the sales counter server to serve the customer!(Sir, you have to buy the mustard sachets!) Clearly that was not part of the transaction! The French fries weighing approximately(large size) 75 grams cost a whopping Rs.73! It is daylight robbery at McDonalds, expecially when their outlets are running cheek by jowl to Haldirams that give you value for money and sufficient serving sizes.

Really lamentable that the defining plimsoll line is increasingly being decided by what the commercial establishments such as MacDonals can legally get away with, without having to serve for what they charge so exorbitantly.

I went at Mc Donalds which is my favorite place to enjoy snacks/burgers since many years, but my experience at Mc Donalds was first time not pleasing which I had at Indore. I had a Mc Chicken burger & after the first bite I saw the tomatoes used in it was having big black spot, I told the person at the counter regarding the same & he offered me the new one, but the chef preparing the burger didn't even bother why this guest has changed it & again it put the spoiled tomatoes which was stinking too, this was the worst experience I had at Mc Donalds, will never like to visit Mc Donalds at Indore again.
