Please never buy products from Matts corners. The delivery is not on time, totally unprofessional approach and will leave work half completed making customers run behind them.

They might give you a good price but then u will repent for service and quality. Better to pay a penny more to other supplier and be get rid of unwanted bothering.

Bad  and pathetic service. These guys have no value for the customers. They took my order after several calls and the day they had to fix the mesh and blinds nobody calls or turns up and finally when it comes to fixiing they have taken wrong measurements and to rectify the same they took another one week and promised a date but nobody from the company bothers to call to inform.

Finally, after calling the sales guys few times they say it is not yet ready and need some more days. I want to know if they will be ok if I had told them I will pay them later after their work was done ? The product might be good but the service BAD and disgusting behavior from the staff.

Totally disappointed. I don't know when they will come and fix the blinds thought I have already paid for it. Hope somebody from the senior level sees the message and does something. I have never come across such bad service in my life.

Matts corner had installed mosquito screens in my house 6-7 years ago. Some of the meshes are now torn and need to be replaced. I have registered a complaint at their showroom off com st and also made several calls since Feb 2012. Till date there has been no response. Each time I call, they promise to send someone to give me a quotation and insist they will replace it in a couple of days. It has been 4 months and not a single soul has turned up irrespective of me calling them. None of the other providers in Bangalore are willing to replace the mesh re-using the existing frame.
