Sent fewer items than ordered. When I called them they blamed the delivery personnel or me. They just cannot be bothered to check on what a customer has to say.
I had ordered through their online portal and had it delivered through Dunzo.
The package was sealed with its own brand cell tape and no sign of breakage from the poor Dunzo guy.
When I checked the contents they were fewer. Now, this can happen during any logistics and packaging. Mistakes happen. However, in such cases, customers call up and request a review, and issues are resolved all over. All you need is good intentions and a seller who cares about customers and not just in penny-pinching the money.
So, I sent a what's up on their business number with order and details and politely followed up for 3 days. Finally, when I called, I was told by someone of their young owners that their process cannot be faulted and how can they take my word as true and will not bother to check CCTV.
I wasn't lying and was requesting them to check once. They asked me to check with the delivery agent even after I explained that the package was sealed and was delivered by a random delivery agent who will not have their company packaging tapes. He just would not be bothered.
So here is what I understand:
The shop owner would not be bothered to check their CCTV for the customer. Are they just to ensure that their own money is safe?
I will not recommend people to order with them online. If you are purchasing in-store, recheck the items. It's not the same as other branded stores where you don't have to check and trust the service.
Facing arrogance and loss of money hurts.
