Ganpatipule is a famous tourist destination in the Konkan where lots of tourists visit to relax and also visit the famous Ganesh temple. It has a lot of hotels / resorts and is flooded by tourists year long especially in the rainy season.
Describing Madachya Banat it has a lot of coconut trees which is explained by the name itself "Madachya Banat" and is centrally located in Ganpatipule.
The resort is run by a Maharashtrain couple wherein the wife herself cooks the food for their guests. Food is on buffet and alakart basis.
I had been their in Nov, 14 and this experience is something worth cherishing.
