Lotus The Cottages, Madikeri, Coorg

We have booked this through traveltriangle(and they through customizetrip.com). We reached there around 8:30PM, it was dark all over and the time we reached there was power cut on and off(we did not know that)

1. When we reached there, there was only one lady who came out and opened the gate.(it was raining as well)

   
   




2. Power went out while we were still in the car

   
   




3. Then she switched on the generator.

   
   




4. She said to get into the duplex right in front of us and to take care of the check in formalities next day(as the madam of the property is not there and will come only next day)

   
   




5. We took our hand bags and went in to check the place out.(In the meanwhile her husband I think came and took the other bags from the car and kept inside the place)

   
   




6. We asked for the dinner and they said madam did not tell us, (problem was the customizetrip.com fellows did not inform these guys about our booking, which we fully paid for and without any bargaining at all)

   
   




7. Then I started talking to the madam, and said no food, no power, she said just deal with it and go have food about 3 kms away(as the cooks went home as well)

   
   




8. We immediately packed our bags and left from that place

   
   

No refunds whatsoever, never ever ever book this, they claim that they are 4*, I am not sure if they even know what they are claiming.

Pathetic service, pathetic management.
