Logitech M100 Mouse

I bought this mouse from satnam electrical in sarojini nagar. this mouse is completely uselwss. the right click stopped responding over a usage of 2 months which is not acceptable. also there was no warranty support for this product. I bought it for 500 inr. this much of money for such a waste product is not worth. I give it a thumbs down don't fall for it also the cord which comes with mouse is very low quality, it started to come off in a week. don't fall for it, instead go for iball.

The untimely demise of my mouse set me on a mouse hunt online looking for a good replacement:P

I was using a "local" mouse worth 100 bucks and it had a warranty of 3 months - it fell flat few days after completing its promised life span

now logitech m 100 looked a dull and drab piece look wise - the ones from razerdeath, I ball etc looked more appealing & classy

but I decided to give it a go.

and I must say I am fully satisfied. the mouse shows why logitech peripherals are considered world class

its comfortable to hold, keys are soft and it works fine without a mice pad.

the added bonus is the side scroll button - comes handy while browsing the web. the pack says the side scroll doesn't work in linux, but I use ubuntu & it works just fine

overall a very good product - I have been using it for some 2 months & didn't find any problems.

deserves a 5 on 5

I will suggest its a good investment & better than other local alternatives(if you don't buy mice every 6 months:)

very decent service by flipkart. packaging was excellent & I am looking forward to more shopping on this wonderful website

I purchase logitech M100 mouse just by word of mouth for my education pupose, as I have to work on different Mechanical software, I used it for 1 week maximum however during that period it sometime lag, I thought there is problem with my system after 1 week it stop responding, I am shocked, how it is possible with such a good brand, I plug in the mouse in different device same problem persists, power comes to the mouse but the cursor not respond as per movement, I goes to the shop from where I purchase, they ask to go to logitech service centre. I am totally fed up.

Now I switch to dell MS116 now everything fine and smooth.

I would like to share my experience with the new mouse logitech  M100r. I had bought this for 480 rs from chenoy trade center near patny. This is the best mouse so far in my ten years computer career, It works very smoothly compare to many mouses which I had used like zebronics, iball etc. I wonder to see it working even on any surface I can work with it on my flat bed with no any support for it, This is very strong in design as it appears.

I suggest every one who wants to buy a good mouse at affordable price as this is the top among the best mouses. Also wireless is available in this same model but it is around 650 rs.

Got this from a local store few months back for office use after my 10 year old logitech mouse stopped working.found this to be prefect deal for everyday use.The mouse have good build quality,lightweight and has good grip in hands.,response time is good,works well on any surfaces.Buttons are perfect and scroll wheel is smooth.overall a great mouse for home and office use,but if ur looking for heavy gaming this may not be the choice.Satisfactory!

Hello I am Arindam Ojha & I am going to review Logitech M100 Mouse.I have been using this mouse past 6 month.Also I have logitech M185 wireless mouse.I am really fan of logitech.This mouse working fine.I have not faced any issue.Cable provided by this mouse is sufficiently long & cable quality is also very good.Looks very good & this mouse is comfortable in my hand.Sensor is very good, smooth scrolling, left right key is also fine.Overall excellence mouse at this price.

I like using mouse even with laptop. SO one day my old mouse stopped functioning so I decided to buy a new mouse. I ran down to a local computer shop. I asked a simple optical mouse so the shopkeeper offered me a optical mouse of a local brand under Rs 100/. I usually don't rely on local brands. Then a name come to my mind that was Logitech. I asked shopkeeper to give me a Logitech mouse. He then showed me Logitech M100 wired mouse of Rs 380. As compared to the price of the local brand mouse this is 3 times more costly. Then I cut the long store short and bought Logitech M100 because millions of people rely on this brand's quality and durability. Logitech is a world famous brand for computer accessories so without thinking too much I bought it.

The tough and finish of this product is of premium quality and gives you a grip that no other mouse can give in this price range. If I talk about precision it lacks dpi switch button which is bad for a Rs. 400 mouse. I should have a dpi switch button for convenience. The mouse fiits so well in your palm that you can literally glide the mouse through the mousepad effortlessly. If you can compromise on the fit and finish that this mouse has then you can obviously go for a local made mouse. Its easy to play games like battlefield, farm frenzy and lot many other games. The pre-set dpi is also good, I mean fast enough for the usage of an average person. if you are a gamer don't opt for it Simple but if you wan to buy mouse for daily purpose use go for it.

I know it is a basic mouse which does what it is intended to do, "scroll-point-click" and it really does deliver, and although as a power user myself I have also been using this mice for gaming(World of Tanks) and that game requires a lot of scrolling and clicking which puts my M100 into an abused-state mice but its still working up until know.

Cheap and Very Good for Regular and normal Uses. But I don't like As its not Suitable for gaming and I am very much Fan of Gaming.

BOSS OF MOUSE!

No words to say seriously. This is BOSS of mouse. It's very sleek. Very smooth and fits with all size of palm. You can use it for hours and hours and it will not give you bit pain. I had been using this mouse since 2009 and it never stopped or lagged any time. Just Go For it!

Mice is bit light weight but happy with it. I'm using logitech products for years. I have a trust on this Brand.

Hi all I recently purchased this mouse from flip kart, initial impressions the build quality was not at all good it used to lag at times and the scroll speed was also not so good I was totally disappointed with the performance of the product, i purchased this product as it was from a reputed brand and it specially designs only computer accessories mainly keyboards and mouses.

I strongly do not recommend this mouse to anyone who is looking to buy a mouse also the design was also not good please do consider all these points before buying this device, Thank you.

Initially its is run quite well and I thought it is quite worthy but with the progress of time the left button started misbehaving, it would send a double click when I only clicked once. I stuck with it for a while since I mostly use the keyboard but over time it became progressively worse.

it started sending multiple clicks I noticed as much as 7 mouse press/release events for a single click while testing and when you while clicking and dragging it randomly sends a steady stream of clicks.

before using this mouse I used another mouse of Logitech and that was quite good but I never thought a company like logitech provide us such a bad product. So it is quite discouraging experience about Logitech M100 mouse.

If you want the trust associated with a big brand, it's better to go for their premium products, where they take manufacturing and quality assurance seriously.

Logitech m100 mouse is the one that is oldest I had ever seen model coming still in market very easy relaible to use mouse I had ever seen value is also fine not very costly also easily affordalble costouse best for daily and hime use and also good for commercial uses. I recommend it.

Logitech M100 Mouse is a good choice for desktop and Laptop PC .Logitech M100 Mouse has a long cable .The buttons are very smooth as well as scroll .I have been using this  since last 3 years and It is still working as new .The size of this Mouse is design to fit in hand .I never felt any problem in this mouse yet.I will recommend you to buy this instead of buying cheapest local brands which stop working after 6 months as warranty expires .

I have been using Logitech mice from 1999(my first PC). To be honest the old balled models were gem and I still have them under working conditions.Bought this on 16th Nov, 2015. Within 4 months the left button starts to behave erraticaly - cannot select, double click on single clicking etc. May be that I have got a lemon, but recently noticed the same trend on other other entry level logitech mouse as well; this was my second logitech mouse in that year. May be it is time to chage the brand.

If you are looking for a mouse that will be a serious heavy-duty one then blindly go for this. This USB compatible mouse is a wonder in the category.

We generally don't pay much heed when buying computer peripherals viz., mice, keyboards, etc. But buying a better peripheral can be equally important as buying the motherboard or processor. There is a tendency of buying Frontech, Zebronics and other cheap mice available in this market. One might be elated at the first place to buy a mouse at so less a price and even competing with others for buying them at the lowest prices. But the fact is they rarely last longer. Comparing the Logitech M100 or the Microsoft mice with those'cheap' mice one thing is very prominent that the life of the former is 3-4 times more than that of a'cheaper' one.

The Logitech M100 or the M100r is very comfortable to hold and the clicking is very crisp. The accuracy is great, it never wobbles. The scroll works just fine and it has a click too which can be used as automatic scrolling.
